Sep 07,2024The only thing I would say is that the plastic can crack in the freezer and leak in your fridge. Other than that… this change in diet has been great for my elderly dog. He had cancer and kidney issues and liver issues and people who see him most often tell me there is a positive chance in his disposition and energy. So that’s all can hope for at his age. The portions seem small.. but actually I have not seen any difference in his already fit shape.

Sep 04,2024My dogs love the food, it arrived quickly. I was surprised because it gave me a diet of 3 different meals for 1 dog & 2 for another but only 1 meal was sent for each I guess. I was expecting a mixture of all 3 recommendations. And possibly individual feedings by their weight given or a custom amount for each dog. Not just a booklet with a general amount of how much to feed them. Especially for the amount of $ I'm paying. Some of the bags have holes or slits in them after I defrost them. I assume that's from being moved around or rubbed together. Definitely going to keep buying but not what I was expecting.

Sep 04,2024My dog only eats a small amount if I add a little bit of chicken. When he does his business it’s very good. No more constipation. He’s not that crazy about his food. This is an addendum to my review. The only way I could get my dog to eat the food was to hand feed him. Even then he wasn’t that interested. The last bowl I gave him he wouldn’t eat any of it even with a small amount of chicken in it.

Sep 01,2024Kelly is loving the switch from his Metal diet to Water. He is enthusiastic about mealtime again. Over the months on Chi Dog, his coat has improved to a nice density and his chewing and licking is greatly reduced.

Sep 01,2024What I like about it chi food it is so healthy my dog Cody 2 1/2 years old love it I always buy the sample box. He loves the variety and when I can I will continue to buy when I’m able to and I like that it delivered right to your front door they really like the different recipes that they have.

Aug 27,2024Email was answered in a timely manner. I had no problem with getting the food. So far my 13 yo chihuahua is loving the metal diet. We mix it with her homemade chicken and veggies and add supplements. So far she is eating well! Before the metal diet food arrived she had gone 3 days eating almost nothing. So far she has cleaned her bowl this week!

Aug 22,2024I had a problem with the food and my dog was ill from it. I phoned CHI for help and it took days before the vet tech called me . He was very kind and took his time talking with me. What he suggested didn't help but I never called CHI again.

Sep 11,2024So pleased with the Chi food. I have seen so much improvement in one of my dogs that had a terrible limp and spent a lot of time and money at our vet with no results. She was free of limping after less than a month. Ordering was easy and they were open to any changes I had to make each month.
