I have placed orders that have shipped the same day that I place them. The quality of their products are fantastic as well.

After contacting Chillhop, they asked me to provide some pictures and I did and then they sent me a new tape! I can't wait to receive it. I felt like the person who wrote to me was respectful and gave good service.
