Mar 13,2022Mijn partner had een Chillhop poster besteld als kerstcadeau. Helaas kwam het aan met wat kleine beschadigingen (als gevolg van opvouwen). Ik contacteerde Chillhop hierover. Ze stuurden me onmiddellijk een nieuwe poster, samen met een aantal extra andere posters bij wijze van excuses! Super netjes!!! Hele fijne en goeie ervaring.

Feb 26,2022Unfortunately, our Chillhop Raccoon figure was lost in the mail. I'm not docking a star for that since it's not Chillhop's fault, but it made the experience pretty frustrating. Fortunately, David on the support team was helpful and responsive, and has just ensured that a new figure will be sent out. We'll see how that goes, but regardless I did appreciate how attentive David was to our issue. My expectations were exceeded!

Jan 18,2022I contacted Chillhop to merge two orders to save on shipping and co2. They were fast to reply and it was no problem to do so. Then the post office messed up my order by sending it back to them. I contacted them and they offered to send me new records free of charge! In the end the post office send the same records again to my house and it all worked out. The support was very nice, fast and helpful even with terrible delivery from PostNL. Best experience I've had contacting a label! 5 stars.

Items had been dispatched super wuick, but still hkt a lovely friendly email back next day with a refund within a day. Some great products and customer service matches the great chillhop ethos and mentality. Thank you 😊 new lifelong vinyl customer ❤

I also love the vibe, qualitity and disign of there products. And the constumer service was absolutely amazing, Ben is such a helpfull guy! 5 stars for chillhop!
