Jan 05,2022Eind 2021 deze muziekstijl en het Chillhop Music YouTube kanaal ontdekt… Wat een muziek onder dit label… echt waanzinnig mooi en rustgevend ! Des te mooier is het dan ook dat er een winkel is waar ook de cd’s te koop zijn, alles digitaal is mooi, maar fysiek de muziek in handen hebben vind ik toch zeker ook een absolute meerwaarde hebben. Ook hele leuke goodies, zoals knuffels en platen, top !

I have purchased a couple items from the Chillhop store with the last one being the Chillhop raccoon plushie which do to everything going on these days was unable to be delivered. That being said after reaching out to their customer service department, David was able to help me resolve this issue even after it had been a couple months. David was able to quickly and very promptly take care of my order! He is absolutely amazing and I am by no means upset by the delay with the order. This will not be the last time I purchase something from the store, and I know that if I ever have any issues with any orders I will be taken care of!

Dec 09,2021Chillhop music rules. Every album I order from here is lit. Their customer service is also quick and responsive and tries to make sure you are satisfied, even if they run out of stock since some of the albums are extremely limited quantities. Awesome music and helpful people.

Dec 05,2021I asked for a combination of two orders and they gave me the partial refund from saving on shipping costs. Very quick response even when just releasing a new album, which normally gives lots for contact requests for the shop, but even though, they responded!

I've occasionally had to deal with weird international ordering stuff with them, and they're quick to respond & easy to work with. Love the music, love the products, love the whole vibe.

A new company was used that hadn't previously been used for my deliveries and I want to know more information about why the change was made. I was emailed within 24 hours and given an excellent response and further explanation so I could fully understand the reason for the change. It's great to be treated as a person and have your questions answered sincerely in a way you can understand. I would give more then 5 stars if I could.
