He gave me all the information and assurances I needed to make the right decision before ordering a replacement Twyfords Quinta toilet seat. Superb, very fast, honest customer service. My Quinta seat was delivered within 24 hours of ordering which was amazing. Securely packaged with a ‘Fragile’ label displayed to avoid any mishaps. Very happy with my purchase which is now fitted and perfect. I would highly recommend this company without hesitation.

Feb 27,2025What separates a good company from a mediocre one is how they deal with problems. I ordered a spare part for a Duravit toilet. It arrived promptly but, for some unknown reason, Duravit have modified the fixing posts so the replacement couldn't just be slid into place. Alex has been more than helpful with this issue and I'm happy that I will now be able to complete the job.

Feb 27,2025Supplied wrong product, poor instructions. Had to take seat a part to make it fit. No even slow closer either on toilet seat. Not returnable once you open small package containing accessories. Useless

Feb 27,2025We contacted you with an installation issue. Your technical support apologised saying the instructions missed out some information. We asked for some parts to be sent to us without charge to help solve the problem but were refused. We found this item cheaper on other sites, however we decided to pay full price for the toilet seat from you as we thought we would get reliable customer support. This was not the case so we will not be recommending your company. Spending over £100 we expected better service.

Feb 26,2025I approached this company for a replacement toilet seat for an Ideal Standard toilet which was a probably quite old and not a design I had seen previously. This was for a property some 400 miles from where I live. I received a huge amount of assistance from David a Technical Sales Advisor who took customer service to an extremely high level for me, and who was brilliant.

Feb 25,2025The speed from ordering to delivery was excellent, and was very well packaged. Fitting instructions were easy to follow, the only criticism l have was that the plug on the toilet could have done a little bit thicker as it tends to pull out on one side when lifting and closing the lid. Not sure if you can offer a solution to this query.

Feb 25,2025Outstanding customer service, I had to contact this company as I had a faulty toilet seat that was less than a year old, purchased from them, I contacted them via email, got a reply within 48 hours, I gave them the wrong number, so I sent a copy of the invoice & seat was replaced without any issues, if only all companies were this good to deal with, would recommend to everyone 10/10, Thank you.

Feb 25,2025Only 4* as I ordered 2 seats of one design but 2 different ones arrived. Dimensions were the same so both fitted but hinges were different and other bits completely different. Instructions not clear for one and no instructions with the other. Needed plumber input. Both seats arrived very quickly
