Feb 23,2025I had exactly the same experience with a company called Bathroom Spare Parts. Interestingly, they also used Venezia Distribution,so possibly all part of the same group. Swore blind that the replacement seat would fit when the hinges were clearly different.

Feb 21,2025My toilet is obsolete so it has been a real challenge to find a replacement. The fitting needed to be changed to accommodate the pin fitting on new seat. It’s not perfect but it’s a good enough replacement. Previous discussions with the choice advised there would not be an exact match. Am happy with replacement, delivery was speedy.

Feb 25,2025Only place I could find the extra large toilet seat as I have a disabled wet room installed so everything is not in the usual day to day range. Other places were very very expensive. Really easy to follow website and excellent delivery. Very fast. Well done!
