Feb 15,2025we bought 3 Soft close Ideal Toilet seats a few years ago, not cheap, and obviously twice the price if you need to replace them!! one of the seats outer lid was slamming shut, turns out the right hand dampener hinge had lost its screw cap and the grease inside it, never used or heard of this place before, ordered a replacement set of hinges, job done thanks guys

Feb 13,2025After extensive emails and photos sent to get the right replacement for a Bathroom Store seat, we were advised to order a bespoke seat, we carefully checked the dimensions and confirmed them matched ours, and the hinge was the same. They told us how to remove the old fitting. When we got the new toilet seat we and our contractor didn't see the crumpled instructions right at the bottom of the box. But with the help of Kirsty we are now trying to make the fitting work!
