Dec 13,2024**Unfortunately the service was non existent** Ordered our product with paid next day delivery. Nothing turned up. Tried to call and email them but no answer. 2 weeks later managed to get through to someone, now still waiting for a refund!! Will not use this company again.

Dec 10,2024Just spoke to Kathryn at This Is It stores 6 days after my Christmas lights were due to be delivered. Absolutely no help regarding when I can expect these lights which were sent direct from The Is It Stores to Evri. I have now logged this with: Every: No response The Range: Waiting for response to their investigation This Is It Stores: Spoke to a person who told me to contact The Range, even though I had informed them I had done this already. Appalling customer service again.

Dec 13,2024I bought Iridescent Christmas Stag Light from The Range a pile of expensive rubbish no heads in the screws couldn’t put the stag together had to use double sided sticky tape to put it together. Silly design and too flimsy.
