Dec 09,2024I bought the 30m Christmas lights at a discount during Black Friday week and I’ve been very impressed by the quality and the features it offers. There are about 8 different features and it includes a timer as well where it will automatically come on at night time and switches off after 6 hours. I definitely recommend

Dec 09,2024Christmas tree is lovely and as advertised My experience was a positive one apart from delivery which was delivered after 11pm at night when we were already asleep courier walked straight across garden didn’t use doorbell and parcel was left by front door all night until I saw email telling me parcel had been delivered in the morning Our estate is all open with communal paths at the front so anyone could of took it

Dec 09,2024Bought neon Xmas tree and after one day it started flickering and lights started going out contacted their customer support and they were excellent at resolving issues we were given a choice of refund or replacement how good to actually speak to a customer service person rather than a machine outstanding service would recommend and will use again

Dec 07,2024My first and only order with Christow so far has been a mixed experience, unfortunately leaning more towards frustration. I ordered the Christmas Tree Lights on Sunday and received them promptly on Tuesday, which I appreciated. However, upon opening the box on Thursday, I discovered that the transformer plug was missing. This was the second issue I faced with my order, as there had already been a dispute over the whereabouts of one of my three items (which was eventually resolved). I reported the missing transformer plug to Customer Services via telephone early Thursday afternoon and followed up with an email shortly after. To their credit, I received a response within 30 minutes of my call, advising that they had requested a replacement to be dispatched on an express delivery service. I was told it should arrive within the next few days. In the early hours of Friday morning, I received an email confirming that the replacement had been dispatched. However, I later discovered that the courier did not actually receive the parcel until Friday evening. As of now, I am still awaiting delivery of the replacement item. It’s worth noting that my original order - placed on Sunday - arrived quicker (by Tuesday) than this so-called "express delivery" for a faulty item. While I appreciate the prompt communication and efforts from Customer Services to resolve these issues, the overall experience has been disappointing due to multiple setbacks. I hope this is an isolated incident and that future orders will be smoother.
