As always, contacting CSIS is so easy compared with many other companies. My call was quickly answered, the staff member knowledgeable and the Cover Note in place. All revised documents were sent immediately by email. Sorted so quickly and efficiently

Sep 17,2022This used to be a great and simple way of booking travel insurance. Three levels to chose from. Now you have to deal with different providers. Then the website crashes and they have cheek to say here is your saved quote in an email. I never saved the quote attempted to pay and the system crashes. So the opinion of civil servants has always been bad, but clearly now affecting this too.

Nov 09,2022I spoke to a very helpful agent who understood exactly what I wanted and was able to provide a quotation at a price that was substantially lower than I expected and which I accepted. All the documentation came via e-mail. In general this was OK but I think that I should have been sent a hard copy of the 52 page explanatory leaflet. Because of its length I have not printed it off. I just hope I can find it again on my computer if I ever need it.
