I rang CSIS to report a change of circumstances. The matter was dealt with courteously and efficiently. The agent sought advice from the insurers and found a solution which satisfied everyone’s requirements.
It was easy to setup the insurance as I didn’t have to answer a lot of medical questions. How good the whole policy is will depend upon when, and if, we have to claim. I hope we don’t have to.

Have been with this company in excess of 25years now and can say I have had nothing but satisfaction and complete courtesy whenever I’ve needed to ring.
I rang to change my insurance to a different vehicle. The details of the vehicle were all updated very quickly and I received the new policy by email within a few minutes of finishing the telephone call. I requested some information on GAP car insurance and was given a quote later the same day.
I was dismayed when SunWorld quoted over £1000 for an annual travel insurance cover. When I challenged this on behalf of CSPA members I was quoted a figure some £200 cheaper with cruise cover thrown in. Good to hear but not an inner voice suggesting that first there was an attempted rip off followed by a chase the business change of routine. Not impressed B Hulme

A yearly policy starting on 1st Oct each year. Worldwide coverage and not many medical restrictions. so much easier than having to go through a raft of questions on things that are historic and that are under medical control. Simple paper application. Helpful staff on the phone.
I was able to speak to a lovely girl who very patiently took me through all options to enable me to choose the policy I needed.
