SHE SAID SHE WAS SORRY FOR THE DELAY AND THEN TOOK THE DETAILS ADDED MY SON AT NO COST. FIRST CLASS AGENT AND RESULT. 5 STARS.

Needed to change travel insurance, found on line application easy and straightforward, had slight difficulty in finding documents, and realised it was my error. Contacted by follow-up phone call to check I had found documentation and check if any other issues. Great customer service from csis. Product very good value for money.
I use CSIS for my car insurance so I know that they are a good company. I had been looking for travel insurance and was faced with astronomical prices. I tried CSIS and was pleasantly surprised at a product that I think is very innovative in the field. It is a fixed price yearly travel policy that does not require any medical history! This was at a price of more than half of anything I’d been quoted elsewhere. I decided to take out the policy which I did within five minutes online. So not only a reasonable price but a very quick and professional service.

The person I deal with when signing up for the travel insurence scheme was cheerful and very helpful However she not alert me to the issue as described below which I regard as major omission. My main and serious complaint is that the policy has to be renewed on 30.09.2023.regardless of when they join. That meant when , as I did , I joined in April 2023 for £295 I will have to make an additional payment of £295.00 on 30.09.23. This makes my annual policy April 23 to April 24 cost £470. This is much more expensive that my current policy and I would not have taken it if I had known when I signed up.T This arrangement is unique amonst insurers and is unacceptable. I would recommend that people wait until September of any year before taking out this insurence . I would also strongly recomment that staff working for this company be instructed to alert potential customers of the cost of joining the scheme before the automatic renewal date on 30.09 before they discover this in the small print,

It was straightforward. After joining the retirement fellowship, applied for the travel insurance. The fact that pre-existing conditions are accepted without any issue. The duration of cover of 65 days is great except North America and Caribbeans (45 days). Just had to fill the direct debit mandate and it was sorted. Very easy process.
