I recently took a small business over and discussed about prices to carry on same company for broadband and voice service. They told me their offer for me £44 and they start charging me monthly £284 and then £60 and then £54. They charged me money already been paid by previous owner but they say they can’t discuss others accounts but it’s fine to charge 2 different people in same address. They are not reliable at all. They did not keep their promises and prices. And another thing i just done contract for 24 months and from new year they increased the price already for new year I will receive even more… I done big mistake done contract with this company. Definitely NOT RECOMMENDED!!

Current customer, but definetly would not recommend, trying to get to speak to someone is near impossible. We have our home account and business telecom and BB with this company, once we can opt out we will be.

Avoid AVOID AVOID, before sold business we contacted them and was told new owner must continue its broadband service and both parties signs new contract, however we were charged nearly £700 for leaving earlier and new owner had no choice but to continue service with clear business. We posted our reviews and they asked us to provide account details which we did immediately, however more than 1 month now, no apology no explanation at all, very poor service, Avoid AVOID the rubbish company. Now they pretend to respond to us but please read their reply. We have already provided them all account details but waited for over 1 month no reply. Unacceptable business manner.

Avoid at all costs!!! Clear business quoted me £36 a month and are charging me almost £80 per month. My bills are consisted or jargon and hidden fees. Customer services are useless. They either cut you off or transfer you to another department who never answer. I have now been trying to discuss my bill since last month and are no further forward.
Issac is a very helpful and well mannered young man. He talke with respect and listens to your questions and answers them honestly.

I have just switched my business broadband and card payment provider to Clear Business after speaking with Anthony. Although the broadband wasn’t the cheapest, it worked out a saving overall with their much more competitive card transaction rates than my current provider. Anthony was really helpful throughout the call and answered all my questions. My products haven’t been installed yet so I can’t comment on the ongoing service yet but the onboarding was very good. The guy I talked to Mo Mirza was very helpful, clear and informative about my situation he is a credit to your team. As I'm nearing my retirement I'm taking a few days to review my options before renewing my contract.
Awful company - my dad (their customer) died suddenly at the start of Nov 2024 and I called to inform them and cease the contract. provided death cert as requested and made final bill payment. This company CONTINUE to send invoices to his widow demanding money, I have phoned 5 times now and they insist it is sorted but they are lying to me, and continue to send letters and texts in my father’s name. Will be contacting the ombudsman for harassment. Clear Business if you would like to sort this out please reply!!
