Worse service I ever had. The contracts sellers are so clever and just lie in order to make you renew the contract even if you don’t want. I was told don’t worry you are not doing a new contract as we are only upgrading the service. Then they make me paid the new router I never asked for but the service was so bad that I needed they said. At the end of my 2 years I spoke with a team member who told me ok you can leave at the end of the month(july) Now oh sorry the guy was wrong , when you upgraded you started a new contract. If you want to leave it’s gonna be £1000. No way. Please don’t choose them.

This is my third post now on trust pilot about clear business, after promising me last week that all was resolved I received another bill off them today. What a terrible company, it looks like they are forcing me down the legal route to stop them harassing me .Avoid this company at all costs . Stacey leigh has now contacted me asking for more information without giving me an email address to reply to .these people are fraudulent.
