Whilst the advisor on the phone was very pleasant and helpful my 83 and 90 year old parents and their family members have Had a really traumatic time with digital switchover. The final straw has been no phone signal this weekend with open reach saying it’s the providers problem and clear business having answerphone stating they are only open Monday to Friday !!! Appalling abd dangerous and I will be contacting local MP and financial omnibusman!!!!

The person I spoke to James Daly was very very helpful, I have been with this company for over 10 years now and I have no complaints and James managed to cut my monthly payment by £20 a month which is a substantial amount for my small business . Thank you James your a credit to your company.

Left a review on this site advising everyone to stay well away from Clear Business and surprise surprise received a reply the next day advising me that our complaint was being looked into and dealt with. That was on 28th January and AGAIN NO CONTACT from anyone connected with this so called company. Solicitors now involved. Please avoid using them.

Thia ia a SCAM company DO NOT trust them.. They will take all your money same how they did with me ... for early cancellation I got charges over £2000 YES I can proof it to you... please please do not trust them.. They are a mafia and theifs.. all they want it your money..

Jamie Todd was really friendly, helpful and explained everything including future price increases and the contract length. He phoned back when scheduled and encouraged me to get back in touch if I had any problems. Very happy with my experience today.

Regret my move to clear business. At point of sale i was assured my early termination fee would be paid quickly and my number would be no problem in porting over. In November i sent all the information to claim back my £220 termination fee. It took four months to port my number over. Meaning no business landline for this duration. I have made in excess of 20 phone calls to them, complaints, yet still no refund for either the service not received and promised termination fee. Appalling level of customer care which will now take my complaint further and move away from this company asap. Highly recommend avoiding

A very well done to Joshua. He was so very helpful in an ongoing dispute, and listened and was very constructive in trying to resolve the problem. He has given me hope that everything that he said would take place will and the issues should all be resolved now.

I have tried to terminate my account, l have been out of contract since October. I emailed and telephoned the company because they have been invoicing me for a service I do not require and am not using. When I ring, I am passed to three or four different departments. The customer care is appalling. I asked for the complaints department and was immediately cut off. i am now contacting the ombudsman.

Spoke to VIKAS MEHRA on the telephone today to resolve a query as I wanted to cancel - previously sent emails with no reply and had 2 dropped calls (they hung up) so not happy but Vikas was very helpful and sorted my query out very efficiently

I spoke with Mahmoud, who was brilliant. I had a complicated situation where another company tried to transfer the supply while I was still in contract and caused so much hassle for me. Mo was really understanding, explained where they’d gone wrong, and worked out my new fixed contract for me. He is patient, considerate and very knowledgeable, helping make a stressful situation more manageable
