I am very pleased with the service I received from the Clear Business company especially in particular from one of the employees named Olivia Kelly who went above and beyond for me, she spent quite a lot of time explaining to me everything in great detail to which I am extremely grateful for. I just wish other companies had such nice helpful staff like this. I left the call with a smile on my face and feeling that the person on the other end of the phone had actually bothered to take the time and listen to me and hear me and helping me resolve my issues and that they actually cared about the customers! I have been going through an ongoing dispute with Clear Business regarding a false and unfair bill that they have been trying to charge me. Reading other reviews here and on Google, I can see several other customers have experienced the same/similar situation as I have. In January of this year, I reached out to Clear Business in order to cancel my account and broadband with them. Only in August was I informed of a Change of Tenancy document that I had to fill in, in order to close my account. Around the time I was trying to close my account, I also informed Clear Business of a change of email on my account, which they only changed last week. Their system is antiquated. I found out how I can change my correspondence email address in my account portal, yet I found out later that they were still trying to correspond with me using my login email (which you cannot change), which had been discontinued. Finally, after almost 2h and 30min on the phone with them last Wednesday, they changed my login email which allowed us to proceed with correspondence. During that call, I requested access to my account's data (call recordings, notes on my account, everything they have on me essentially). The man I spoke to said that within a day or two I should be receiving all of this to my email. After the call ended, I received an email saying that in early November, I would be receiving my data. I was misled entirely. I was also given the option of having Clear Business fully investigate the matter, to which I agreed. Two days later, I received a text from a debt collector with a reference number, saying that my outstanding bill (which I am still disputing) had been passed on to a debt collector (MyCRS). I'm not even sure whether Clear Business is investigating my case at this point, as they have failed to communicate the result of their investigation with me. I am now informing MyCRS, the debt collector, of the dispute, and will be opening up a case with the Ombudsman to have this sorted once and for all. Just look at the other nightmare reviews by other Clear Business customers before you think of signing a contract with them. This dispute has cost me time and money for my business, and I will be fighting my dispute till the very end. EDIT (15/10/2024): I noticed all bad reviews of Clear Business receive the same generic response.
With them all of 5 days and cancelled. Anthony Clarke I hope you get your £5 bonus revoked now?!! Originally wanted a new card machine and they gave a really good price of £15 a month and then offered it for FREE if I took broadband, told them I wasn't sure if I was in contract and they said don't worry we'll check and if you are in contract don't worry we'll cancel. Amazing! I was in contract so couldn't move and understood I couldn't have my card machine for free but.... low and behold they changed the price of my card machine to £20 a month instead of £15 originally quoted and blamed the rep who gave me the price at first and said id already signed the contract so id have to pay to leave!!! 2 days of phoning and explaining and thankfully Adam canceled my brief contract and apologized that it had been mismanaged and the price shouldn't have changed! THANK YOU ADAM ( only reason this is a 2 star review and not 0 stars ) Never again will I use this company!!!! Be careful what you sign because they change the price on the contract without telling you, clear business... More like muddy business 🤡

Contacted clear business to ask about rates and how they could help our business as I needed to move providers quickly. Jess contacted us back and went through everything to offer us a new contract. Call backs times were meet at the right time & everything was explained correctly by Jess. Got let down big time by our current supplier, let’s hope clear business continues with top service!

Without doubt one of the worst companies going. Apparently some one has taken over my broadband with out my permission and they will do nothing or will give me no info as to who has taken it over. This Saturday Open reach came and cut off my phone and broadband with no notice because the last Open Reach muppet plugged me into the wrong socket. I now have no phone line , internet or credit card handling system in the shop. Clear business or what ever shady name they are hiding under this week must only employ shady employees who enjoy seeing customers being un happy Avoid like the plague You are being warned If I am not contacted by Friday with a reseloution to fixing this problem to my satisfaction further action will be taken

Oct 16,2024I would NOT recommend this company. After suspending my phone service for 1 day with no apparent explanation I asked to leave. They made it very difficult, citing my contract, which was in fact out of date. Then the porting to my new provider took nearly seven days. Eventually, I got a new number with EE who are shop based and offer excellent face to face customer service. When I eventually left, I discover they are still charging me for the month in question despite their goodwill gesture which turns out to be £13.00. Their customer service team are based in South Africa, connection is poor. I have settled the outstanding balance and asked for confirmation by email that my account is closed with a transaction reference of card payment. The email came, addressed incorrectly, and not containing the payment reference number. Frankly, do not use this company.
