Dec 21,2021I'm am absolutely over the moon with clear Law solicitors. I have Been battling with the council as my house was completely damp I was battling with the council for around two-and-a-half years on my own and then I had enough so I got Clear Law solicitors involved which was Paul McCann within around 4-6 months clear Law solicitors resolved all the problems in my house and I had a damage disclaimer off a council of £1350 witch was very helpful. And every step of the way Paul McCann from solicitors keep me up to date at all time I am very happy with the out, So I can't thank Clear Law solicitors enough. So from my experience with Clear Law solicitors I give a happy ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Thanks agen

Nov 29,2021Following a Road Traffic Accident I contacted Clear Law Solicitors to act on my behalf, I can not praise them highly enough, from start to finish they were amazing, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them, I have to say a huge thank you to Peter Bowen-Walker who dealt with my case, I can not put into words how grateful my Family and I are for all his help and patience over what has been one of the worst periods in our lives, Peter is very professional and it is clear to see that he really does care for people, He kept us up to date all through the process, he was always available to talk to, and more importantly to Listen, I can't explain how much it helped us get through such a difficult time knowing we had Peter and Clear Law on our side, I really don't know what I would have done without all their help.

I would like to thank Peter Bowen-Walker for the amazing support, sympathy and understanding he provided whilst investigating the cause of my husband’s death. I was kept informed of exactly what was happening throughout the whole investigation in an extremely efficient manner. Everything was handled most professionally, but also with great empathy and understanding. Nov 25,2021Housing Disrepair. I contacted Clear Law after months of struggling with Council Landlord to address serious problems with long term poorly maintained flat roof (12 storey highrise) impacting upon the main room in my top floor flat Along the way I was subject to the Council contacts stereotypical views ,obviously made assumptions and dismissive comments and those with still no one having been to survey/assess the partial collapse of my ceiling and a substantial part of a wall ..this eventually led to the whole ceiling coming down and the wall back to its basic structure. All this helped me to take the step of seeking independent help and support and I made contact with Clear Law. They recognised my concerns and set the wheels in motion straight away with the council keeping me updated all the way it was stressful given the complex works required and obviously this took time but without Clear Law help support and expert interventions I doubt the flat roof would have been replaced and the necessary work to my flat would have been completed to the standard it has. I would like to give a special mention and thanks to Magdelena Narolewska HDR Litigation Executive with Clear Law for her expert advice , intervention and support for me through the whole process.

Was with another solicitors for 18m my daughter from birth had been born with a hiatus hernia, she was diagnosed incorrect several times by hospitals and was told by solicitors she had a great case. The other solicitors went bust. We were transferred to clear legal and told the case would be taken on on the same terms. The woman dealing with it at clear legal took 6m to tell us they wouldn't take it on, funny how one tells you one thing and another solicitors different. So for 18m fighting for my daughter were told her life is worth 0 by this solicitor, if we pulled out of a contract we would have to pay thousands to them but they pull out and get off with it. It's just poor service which has left us very sour. My daughter is 6. WE also been told the other solicitors going bankrupt have passed thousands onto clear laws and it's a case they couldn't take it on for this reason to a family member who complained. I'm a disabled person and put my trust into these companies, especially solicitors whom you expect to deal with professionally and I've got two in a row that's been poor. I would name the other companies but I don't know weather I can do with it being on clear legals site.... meanwhile the only one suffering here is my 6yo daughter whom isn't getting the justice she deserves. Many thanks guys you're a credit to you're roles. Meanwhile a guilty person will get defended by them, but my suffering 6yo gets no help or justice at all. I can't tell you just how dissapointed I feel after 18m of this. It drains you. I wonder if you guys would take it if it was you're own kids, watching them suffer night after night while you can't do anything and you plead for help off doctors to be faffed off as they assume wrong. You take the next step for justice and the same outcome faffed off by solicitors.

Jun 27,2021We used this company for a housing disrepair claim and at first our assigned solicitor Mike Ventella was very professional and seemed to genuinely be concerned about our situation as we had been stuck in a moldy rotten flat for almost 5 years at that point with no repairs being done. He was very active in keeping us updated about what was happening etc but as soon as we were awarded a small sum of compensation, you couldn't ever get in touch with him again despite everything not being finished, i.e promised repairs etc. Would not recommend him as a representative.

Jan 10,2022I can not thank Peter Bowen Walker of clear law enough for his expertise,knowledge and help in settling my claim.I was originally with Hampstead Hughes Solicitors untill they went into administration ,which to be truthful was a nightmare with them dragging there feet over my claim which seen my claim dragging on for nearly 6yrs. Clear law had taken over the claim and in a matter of a few months my claim is settled with a out come am very happy with. I can highly recommend Peter he was amazing with my claim,so professional and polite he is a credit to clear law.
