Aug 31,2024I'm genuinely so amazed by this incredible team from communication to execution. I went for an Ethnic rhinoplasty with dr Samil Sahin. My coordinator was Meric and during the past months up to the arrival date, she has been an incredible coordinator. She answered all my questions and was very flexible finding solutions within my situation. Everything went super smoothly from the airport to the taxi transfers and from the hospital to the hotel thanks to my communication team with Ozge Hana, Miray and Esra. I was welcomed by the lovely Ekin & Vilma in the hotel which made me feel extremely comfortable and safe. The hotel was beautiful and it was nice to stay here. Having a team full of lovely, kind and caring ladies really made the experience a 10/10. Arriving to the hospital, everything went well and smoothly and I really noticed the professionalism of hospital care. You have to file medical documents before arrival as well as at arrival in the hospital. I had a very clean & spacious room that well accomodated me & my mom. I thank Abir & Fatima for the proper communication & translating in the hospital as most nurses only speak Turkish. I'm glad I had my surgery with dr Samil Sahin, he executed exactly what I envisioned and seeing the operation table pictures made me look forward to the healing process upcoming months. I didn't feel any pain, it felt mostly uncomfortable with the new sleeping arrangements and not being able to immediately breathe through my nose. The post-op nurses and doctors were present everyday to check up on my wounds, body temperature, blood pressure etc.. Best clinic/hospital l've been to so far, l've never felt this taken care of! Aug 29,2024I cannot recommend ClinicHub enough! The doctors and nurses are highly attentive and I am very impressed by the care I have received. Dr. Ozan Erol did wonderful work and is highly professional. My hospital coordinator, Seljan, is absolutely amazing at her job and made me feel at ease; she is kind, incredibly communicative, and made this such a smooth process. She made it clear that she was there for me every step of the way, made sure I knew who to contact if need be, and was always following up to make sure I was well taken care of. Thank you ClinicHub!

The doctors were very sensible and nice with me before the operation and after the operation. And I was really afraid of the operation but they helped during this experience. It was my first surgery in my life and it was so fine with clinichub.

All staff of clinic Hub are indeed amazing and supportive. Iâm glad that I chose the right hospital to do my procedure and I do appreciate their good work towards all their patients, helping us all to live a healthy life and also free of obesity. Aug 24,2024I highly recommend the clinic with Dr. Samil Sahin. It is very beautiful, clean, and they always take great care of you. The only downside is that the communication team needs to work on their organization because there were many misunderstandings, and I had to correct things several times, even though I had already mentioned this to other team members. Also, the schedule that Clinichub described to me did not go as the clinic had told me, and thatâs unfortunate because I had to restate my case a day before my flight. I couldnât even do a proper check-out as I had chosen my dates, even though we had agreed on this.

JâĂ©tais en discussion avec plusieurs membres de lâĂ©quipe sur whatsapp (infirmiĂšres, communication, transport). Les Ă©changes sont fluides et lâĂ©quipe rĂ©pond rapidement LâhĂŽtel : lâhĂŽtel est dâune propretĂ© irrĂ©prochable et haut de gamme. Jâai apprĂ©ciĂ© le lieu du sĂ©jour. Jây ai trouvĂ© de la tranquillitĂ© pour pouvoir me reposer sereinement. Le suivi post opĂ©ratoire : aprĂšs lâopĂ©ration, lâinfirmiĂšre et un mĂ©decin mâa rendu visite tous les jours pour sâassurer de ma guĂ©rison et une consultation est organisĂ©e la veille du voyage avec le chirurgien qui mâa opĂ©rĂ©. Le suivi est top LâopĂ©ration :une douleur supportable grĂące aux mĂ©dicaments que nous prenons. Le chirurgien nous demande notre souhait en terme de forme de nez et le chirurgien de samil Sahin a respectĂ© mon souhait. Le rĂ©sultat correspond Ă ce que jâattendais. Je recommande la Clinic hub. Une chose qui aurait Ă©tĂ© apprĂ©ciable serait dâavoir plus de communication physique en face Ă face pour Ă©changer sur le mental du patient et proposer des activitĂ©s pour dĂ©couvrir istĂ nbul. Aug 24,2024I loved the experience. From how we were picked up at the airport, how we were received at the hospital, the room and the nurses. You all did an incredible job. Neval was so accommodating and friendly, love her. What prevents me from giving a 5 star rating is how everyone is off on Sundays and getting discharged on a Sunday was difficult because of the lack of communication on that day. Overall I loved the experience with Clinic Hub and wouldnât hesitate to recommend it to everyone. I already started.

Aug 22,2024If I could give them 100 stars I would. Not even from the moment we got there but from the moment we booked our surgeries we have had a 5* experience. I booked a rhinoplasty via the clinic hub with Mr Samil. Of course I was very nervous booking a surgery in Turkey but I trusted the reviews and Iâm so happy I did. I donât have one thing negative to say. From the transfers to the hotel to the surgery and everyone involved it was amazing. The surgeon: Mr Samil is amazing. He gave me exactly what I wanted and also set expectations. I am now 1 week post op and back at home. Of course my nose will change but already so happy. The coordinators: every single coordinator was amazing. We was put in a group chat with 8 of them to ensure than any question we had before and after surgery were answered within a minute. They all speak great English and are there to support you throughout. A special shoutout to Selcan and Maryam as I spent the most time with them and they were amazing. The hotel: I was not expecting it to be so nice considering it was part of the package. It was lovely! Has a pool and restaurant. Very clean. The nurses: they come to see you everyday after surgery in the hotel. They are very attentive and their English is pretty good, even if itâs not they use google translate which was not a problem at all, they were all very kind and helpful. When I was having a lovely chat with Selcan, she was telling me about how extensive their process is when choosing surgeons it was insane! I thought this is good to know before choosing clinic hub and a surgeon. Thank you Clinic Hub. X

Aug 22,2024I had rhinoplasty with Dr Burak Erkmen, at first I didnât like my results but he reassured me that it was due to swelling etc. I am currently 2 weeks post op and I am really liking my nose. The doctor, nurses and everyone else were all so helpful and kind. The hotel was also very nice and the staff and clinichub team located in the hotel were amazing and so supportive. I would definitely recommend them if you are looking to get any work done. Thank you clinichub!

I felt completely taken care of from the minute I was picked up from the airport to the very end of my stay. The aftercare after my procedure was unmatched. I would never get that kind of aftercare in my home country. I loved everyone on the team including all the administration members, the nurses and loved my Doctor, Dr. Burak Ersen. Aug 20,2024I went to Clinichub for a rhinoplasty and I would say that my sales coordinator was very helpful , nice, and answered any and all of my questions. I really appreciated him. When I got to turkey , I would say everything ran efficiently. The hotel was beautiful , nothing Iâve ever seen before (Arian) and the Clinichub lady that was sitting within the hotel was super helpful. I am almost 2 weeks post op and I literally started crying when I saw my nose. Itâs beautiful and Dr. Yusuf gave me my dream nose. I thought it was helpful that he told me what he couldnât do prior to surgery. He definitely has magic hands !! I donât have a lot of cons but one I do have is that I asked the nurses to come change my rib bandage and they said that they were coming right now. 2 hours later they still hadnât came. I then message them and tell them I have to go get food but Iâll be back in 20 min. They said ok and never came. That was not cool. I really needed my bandage changed and my husband ended up changing it. I just think you shouldnât say that you provide post op care and when I request the care, no one shows up. Another con is that they give you a million papers to sign like literally right before surgery. Itâs almost as though Clinichub doesnât want you to read it, but wants you to sign your life away. I think all paperwork should be sent in a pdf form a week before surgery so people can have time to know what they are signing. Other than those 2 things, it was an overall great experience and I plan on getting a mommy makeover from Clinichub once my nose heals !! Thank you Clinichub !!!

Aug 31,2024I shared my rhinoplasty journey with Clinichub, and honestly I would not have wished for a better outcome. The care, the hospitality, the support, the medicine, the environment and the personnel from every angle and department was at the excellent height of quality. Post op days get filled by daily visits of post op doctors and nurses who are there for you 24/7. Even the hotel was nailing it from the quality level. My surgeon, dr Ozan Erol, was/ is still with me in every step. His performance in my rhinoplasty made me overjoyed and gave me my desired nose. His kind nature and professionalism made my experience more relaxed and pleasant. Forever thankful to him, Clinichub and the Rotana hotels for providing the perfect experience for everyone.
