Communication was always excellent, they explain every single thing step by step and they are always ready to clarify anything you need. In the hospital even with language barrier they always made their best to help with your needs they are very supportive, friendly and kind. For me so far they are the best and I fully recommend them to anyone who wants or needs any type of procedure, ClinicHub are the Dreamteam thank you all <3

Sep 21,2024I am so impressed by this organization. I would recommend it over and over again! Service is fast and the prices are very fair. I‘ve had surgery in Istanbul before and it was a very stressful experience. Thanks to Clinichub I didn’t have to worry about anything. The members organized everything and I could relax. Everything was well taken care of. The doctors are very professional. I‘ve had a breast reduction with Dr. Ersen and i am very happy with the result. The nurses and clinichub members are very helpful & super friendly. They made me feel very safe and comfortable. The hotel we stayed in was a five star hotel. Very clean and well layed out. The breakfast was diverse. Overall it was an amazing experience and I will book with them in the future again. I would recommend to anyone to check them out.

Sep 20,2024Clinic Hub have been amazing, I went there recently last week for a rhinoplasty with Dr Samil Sahin, he gave me exactly everything i asked for in my new nose, i use to be so insecure about it before and now i cant stop smiling with joy and obssesing over my new nose, he changed my life and i am so thankful not just to him but the whole of clinichub, they have an amazing team who are caring, kind and understanding. I will always remember their kindess and everything they have done for me everytime i look in the mirror. I really do recommend them, they are the best of the best.

I felt that my expectations were set to be realistic after having in depth conversations which I really appreciated. I’m looking forward to seeing the final result after a year.

Couldn’t want for nothing the care was 10/10 been to Turkey previously for surgery and that was good but clinic hub blown them out the water. Would recommend to anyone to go here. Thankyou so much

Sep 13,2024Clinic hub are amazing!! I was so worried about my rhinoplasty especially since this was my first time travelling to Turkey and first ever surgery. Clinic hub were there for me every step of the way. Everything was well coordinated and they are such a great team - Fatemah, Arooj, Esra, Miray, Ozge were all lovely. The post op staff, hospital staff - literally every person was super helpful, welcoming and made me feel at ease. They answered all my questions, reassured me and took such good care of me throughout my stay and when I returned back to my country. I had my rhinoplasty with Dr Samil, he was so kind, gentle and did a brilliant job. I'm forever indebted to clinic hub and Dr Samil for everything they did for me. Thank you once again. 🥰 The hotel service was good too but I felt it was way too expensive for what you get. It's also worth mentioning that you may have to share transportation to the hospital with other patients. This wasn't a bad thing for me, I met some really sweet girls but it helps to know this. Overall, my experience was 10/10!

Sep 12,2024L’équipe de ClinicHub a été super durant tout mon séjour. Ils étaient présents, m’écrivaient régulièrement, prenaient de mes nouvelles et s’assuraient que tout se passe au mieux pour ma guérison et mon expérience. J’ai fait recours à eux dans le cadre d’une rhinoplastie et n’ai pas eu à m’inquiéter pour les transports, l’hébergement ou pour mes soins, ils étaient parfaitement attentifs à leurs patients et toute l’équipe de soins était adorable. L’unique recommandation que je pourrais faire est de changer d’hôtel parce qu’en dehors de ClinicHub, l’hôtel « Burgu Arjaan - by Rotana » n’était pas à la hauteur d’un 5 étoiles et que le service (particulièrement la restauration) y était plutôt mauvais. Les employés en question ne parlent pas anglais et c’est très compliqué de se faire comprendre. Rien d’invivable mais cela a rendu l’expérience moins plaisante. Mais pour ce qui est de ClinicHub, vous pouvez y allez les yeux fermés, ils étaient parfaits !

Sep 11,2024I had weight loss surgery with Clinic hub. They had amazing communication throughout my stay and even before I went to Istanbul. The doctor, nurses and dietitians were amazing. They really looked after me and my companion. The Hospital room was very clean and was cleaned every day. The English interpreters Neval and Yiğit were so wonderful. I would 100% recommend Clinic Hub !

Sep 11,2024I had a good experience with Dr. Burak. He was kind, informative and helpful. He gave me the nose I asked for. I have to say Clinichub offers a lot off great things and the hotel was beautiful but has moments of being unorganized. The Clinichub employees at the hotel were great and helpful. However, after my surgery the next morning I was abruptly woken up at 6am and quite literally being RUSHED out of my room. The Clinichub employee’s voice was rushing me so much I felt like I was inconveniencing her for taking so long to change into my clothes after being woken up a couple minutes prior. After being put into the transfer vehicle, the woman clearly did not know I knew Turkish and told another employee “I had to wake up and push this patient out early when im not supposed to because the waiting room is full theres no beds” thats unacceptable. It is not my problem that the surgery times and beds are overbooked. I understand I have already seen my doctor and I was to leave that day, but it should have been done in a WAY calmer process I literally was woken up and pushed out of the room in 10 minutes. I was then brought to the hotel at 7am to be told that I had to wait for 3 hours because the room cleaning services didnt start yet and there was no rooms. When you are out of surgery the last thing you want to do is sit in a lobby for 3 hours. My nose was gauze at that point was EXTREMELY full but no one had taken the time to clean it or show me how to clean it at the hospital because I was pushed out so early. When I told the Clinichub employee at the hotel I need my nose cleaned but no one showed me what to do she was shocked that they didnt show me how to clean it at the hospital as they are supposed to. She had to find someone at the hotel (who wasnt even a nurse) to bring me to the hotel bathroom to change my gauze (not even the inside of the nose which is what i mainly needed. I then wasnt showed how to clean my nose until the next morning by the doctor who came to my room and was also very shocked about not being showed how to clean it at the hospital. Due to pushing me out so early they missed steps. When it was time to get our casts off there was 6 of us with our companions. However, once the transfer got here we were told that our companions have to stay at the hotel since they didnt get 2 transfer cars and there was no room for them- also very annoying. The transfer to the hotel from the airport was AMAZING, the driver literally did everything for us. He brought us into the hospital, checked my name into the system, provided me with the papers, sat with us in the lobby. All because he was calling a Clinichub representative and they were NOWHERE to be found! He had no choice but to step in as it had already been 1.5 hours of sitting and waiting for someone to show up. Mind you, I still wasnt met with a Clinichub representative at the hospital even when I finished everything- so thank god for him! Overall, the hotel is beautiful, Dr. Burak Erkmen was AMAZING I am healing beautifully and would choose him 100 times again I had no issues with my experience with him he was so sweet and comforting and his work is professional my stitched barely showed, the nurses and doctors that come to your room are fantastic, Clinichub is a good company and the people were kind but just needs more organization.

Sep 08,2024I had a great experience with Clinichub! I found them thanks to YouTube reviews and vlogs and I decided to go with them for a rhinoplasty. I had both a not-very-nice nose + breathing problems. After filling the online form, they got in touch with me through WhatsApp which was very handy to be honest. I was contacted by Melih, she helped me with informations and also suggested a surgeon according to the photos I sent to her (photos of my face + expectations/ideal outcome). I think this part was fundamental, she did an amazing job. The process itself was quite straightforward. Once in Istanbul they have an amazing organisation. Every single aspect is looked out, every transport arranged for you. The hotel is gorgeous, and there's truly everything. I was transferred to the hospital the night before the surgery, and I was assigned to a coordinator, Neham, she assisted me during the stay at the hospital. There's a lot of paperwork to sign of course, so I did that and the next day I had consultation + surgery with dr Emrah Çelik. He was the absolute best, he's the right mix of professional and caring. I was a bit nervous but talking to him was really uplifting. What amazed me is that he just needed a few words, and he understood exactly what I needed, and took care of the little details. During the recovery, you get visits from a nurse and a post-op doctor every day and this was so amazing because you could talk to them about any worry or doubts, and it truly makes a difference to have a professional telling you that everything looks good every single day, that kind of confirmation leaves you without worries. What can I say, I'm not a promoter of plastic surgery and I did it because I had to, but if you're thinking about it because you really need it then I do recommend Clinichub!!

Sep 08,2024Clinichub are amazing from start to finish. Firstly they were very prompt with picking me up and getting me to my hotel. Once I arrived I was impressed with how beautiful the hotel was. They constantly keep you updated throughout your stay. Dr Onur was my surgeon and he truly done an amazing job on my boobs. He showed me how my boobs may look on his iPad to give me an idea what to expect and he delivered👏🏾 His assistant, Selcan was accessible throughout my stay in the hospital which I found extremely helpful as I was travelling alone and anything I needed she was there to help me. After the surgery the nurses at Clinichub were always checking in on me and very polite, even though there was a language barrier at times they made sure to understand what I wanted/needed. When I went back to the hotel there were a team of nurses and assistants based at the hotel so I was never left on my own. Arooj would check on me and offered some other wonderful treatments I could have had while staying in the hotel. I didn’t have any other treatments but I like that they offered. They provided me with a fit to fly certificate which helped me at the airport when returning home. Even after I reached back home in the UK any questions and support I may need are answered promptly. I would highly recommend Clinichub, very clean and professional and hassle free!

Sep 07,2024Rhinoplasty I had rhinoplasty 26/08/2024, I decided to choose clinic hub as when I was looking they were not pushy allowed me to make my decision in my own time, it’s important and a big decision so I felt like they wasn’t just out for the money. I was able to choose my own surgeon I chose Dr Eymen and I’m SO SO happy with my choice. The collection from the airport was smooth sailing and you really are in safe hands. Dr Eymen is a credit to clinic hub, very sincere and empathetic. You speak with your surgeon before you go down for surgery which seems abit quick but you are not obliged to go ahead and speaking to your surgeon just before going down keeps it fresh in their mind which I liked. My surgery was pretty straight forward I had my sister with me who stayed at the hospital with me, we stayed for 2 nights as we came straight from the airport but usually it is only one. There is a pull out bed for any one accompanied. In the hospital I’d recommend downloading a translator as the hospital staff may find it difficult to understand and I’d strongly advise packing snacks we did and glad we did the hospital food wasn’t to our preference. If you like a cup of tea pack some teabags 🙄. The nurse came round to check on you through the night they are very thorough. The next morning you’re brought your breakfast again we had things packed and then you’re discharged to the hotel. The hotel is stunning 5 star, the location is safe and there are plenty supermarkets around. You may have to pay a deposit we didn’t but I know they have asked others. We had two seperate double beds a kitchenette lovely bathroom it was plenty room and real spacious. The food is amazing and they have a pool to lounge around. The nurse and post op doctor come round to your hotel room show you how to clean your nose and give you all the antibiotics and painkillers you need. The 3rd day was worst for swelling for me but you’re given rubber gloves if you pop down to the canteen they will fill it with ice for you to keep on the swelling which really helps, I also packed throat numbing spray and oral gel as you have to breath through your mouth and that can hurt your throat, Vaseline for dry lips. By day 3/4 I was lounging round the pool covering my nose with a hat the weather was wonderful. We also ordered takeaway but there are plenty restaurants around, we went to the supermarket to get food in. By the 5th day we went out to the grand bazaar shopping and made friends who also had surgery with clinic hub. The day before leaving you have your cast removed this isn’t as scary as you hear they remove any plugs and it’s an instant relief this is where I struggled sleeping due to the plugs up my nose and the cast is changed to a retainer which you keep on for a week I met with my surgeon again. It’s always a little apprehensive getting surgery in a different country but the team are constantly there they honestly couldn’t do more for you, you have WhatsApp group chats and you can message them whenever you need too, I did a few times just for peace of mind the team are amazing and if I were to have surgery again I would always choose clinic hub. It’s such a big decision so it’s important you make the right one, I spent ALOT of time finding the right clinic for me searched for reviews and obviously you always find something you don’t like, but clinic hub and Dr Eymen worked amazingly for me.

The doctor was very professional, and had a great sense of humour and great bedside manner, and was very compassionate, and most of the nurses were amazing and helpful, and I found it was very organized and professional… My only complaint I can even think of is that when we were at the hotel, we weren’t in any kind of state to get down to the lobby for ice and water, which was a necessity and if we were to call down for it, they would charge us and one of the drivers drove a little crazy for my liking, but the rest were great and the hotel was fantastic and way nicer than I expected
