Jan 21,2025I underwent two rather demanding surgeries that I had planned for many years. Incredibly it was possible to do everything together. The pre- and post-operative phases were managed excellently. The structure where I stayed post-operatively with my partner was very beautiful. I thank the coordinators Beste and Fehrat, very helpful and discreet,he resolved an initial misunderstanding quickly and effectively; Dr. Merve and nurse Simge both very helpful, professional and friendly;thanks also all the staff in the hotel,very kind the only flaw, the assistant Sükran who, despite his initial kindness and availability, created confusion and problems (perhaps due to his lack of competence) that then had to completely manage his colleagues. Jan 19,2025So I arrived back today after 6 days at the Mono clinic having 23 zirconium crowns. The communication was great leading up to my travel. Once arrived I was picked up and taken to the hotel which is part of the group. My patient liaison Cengiz was fantastic. He arranged all of the transport and communicated with me fully. Nothing was too much trouble. The actual procedure was brilliant and the Doctor/dentist was fantastic along with his dental assistant. As well as this some other people to mention - Fatima (at the clinic), Farkan (at the hotel) also there was another lady at the clinic with curly hair who went through all of my paperwork and explained everything she was great. The hotel also arranged on one of the days for me to be taken to a bazar. The driver took me to meet the guide and the lady that showed me around the area was great. I explained the types of shops I wanted to go to and what I wanted to eat and she sorted it out. As I like to leave honest reviews. The only thing that I would mention of perhaps a negative nature is that the walls in the hotel are thin. So you can at times hear others snoring or in pain. However this didn’t take away from the cleanliness and comfort on offer. I didn’t know what to expect really, but I would recommend mono clinic to everyone.

Jan 12,2025A friend recommended to me the Clinic Mono for dental procedures following his own visit. This was my introduction in this Company. Personal recommendation makes choosing the right clinic easier. My motivation was the costs against UK prices. My own dental treatment was discussed beforehand and would consist of two visits to Izmir Turkey. All the travel arrangements were sorted by Mono. This was my first visit. Needless to say my thoughts of "is this the right choice" was always on my mind. I am pleased to say that I needn't have worried at all. I was collected from the Airport and driven, in some style, to the luxury Villa. During my stay at the Villa both Ozzy and Hassan (Villa Hosts) provided excellent support and guidance on the Villa's facilities. Also the delightful Cherry (aka Sehriban) , house maid, and fantastic cook, with a warm friendly face to help support you at the Villa. Please remember you spend more time at the Villa than in the dentists chair. This team did an excellent job in their support role and someone was always available to discuss your fears and worries. Travelling to and from the Clinic from the Villa was all included and worked like clockwork. No need to worry about getting there on time. My dental treatment was first class and I am pleased with it so far, taking into account this is visit one, with visit two in three months time. Everybody's dental treatment is different. In short mine consisted of implants and extractions. My overall impression of the dental team was first class, professional and the dental facilities the best I have ever seen. There is a saving if you bring Sterling to pay your costs as the credit card has a 8% surcharge added to your bill. Some may be uncomfortable travelling with large amounts of cash. This is a personal choice. Painkiller and Antibiotics are at extra cost. Following my consultation and dental treatment, I rested at the Villa and returned home at the end of the week. My thoughts now, as my implants heal, what great support I received at the Villa making my stay there more like a holiday than a Dentist trip. Will update on my second visit in three months. Jan 07,2025I’m now 3 months post op & SO happy I chose Clinic Mono… I had breast augmentation done by the amazing Dr Eren Ersoz & WOW my results are incredible all of my friends & family have complimented how natural they look & how small my incision scars are. I am healing so well & wanted to wait until 3 months to leave an honest review & all I can say is I am so glad I chose mono for my treatment; from start to finish everything was smooth. I stayed at the mono life hotel, the suite room was stunning! I have to mention the incredible Nazli & Büşra you were both amazing & still are Thank You! Another special mention to my sensational aftercare nurse Simge, who even when I got back to the UK was so supportive with any questions & concerns I had. Dr Eren & everyone at Mono you have changed my life! Thank You x

Les enseñas los todo por imail ni ti hacen caso y además cuando ti ven que es extranjero te quieren engañar No me quieren devolver todo el dinero tampoco.y me han dicho te cobramos gastos,una noche en hotel 250€ y taxi 150€ y la radio 700€ y cuando volví al hotel he encontrado todo patas arriba nos que buscan por favor antes de ir a turquia mirar bien

I’m very happy with the services recieved right from the hotel transfers, hotel and clinic staff. Absolutely love the results by my doctor 🙏👌…My travel coordinator Busra was very helpful in ensuring I arrive safely which was most important to me🥰…the hotel nurse Simge was extremely vital for my recovery…very kind and helpful Thank you to all who made my stay and treatment smooth and easy for me.

Jan 05,2025I applied to this clinic to find out if I had chances for successful hair transplantation becasue it's a very big issues for me. I want to get my hair transplanted because I hate being bald, it's very ugly, you know. These guys confirmed that they are busy with such procedures, operations, and we had a very warm talk on this matter. I haven't decided to work with them yet, but I am sure that everything is going to be fine because they are amiable guys who are interested in helping people.

Jan 01,2025I used Clinic Mono for a mastopexy (top surgery). I had never travelled abroad or traveled much to be honest so I was quite apprehensive about travelling from the UK to Turkey to get the surgery. However I found the whole experience very positive, especially as the co-ordinators organised everything such as the surgery and prices, the travel from the airport to the hotel and hospital and the clinic visits. Special thanks to Cagatay and Ceran. The hospital was very clean and the preliminary tests done on the morning of the operation was done quickly and efficiently. Dr.merve my doctor who performed my surgery made me feel well at ease, and listened to everything I wanted to get out of the surgery and what I didn't want. She was very professional and knowledgeable as was her nurse. I had originally booked in and paid for chin lipo, but as I had lost a bit of weight before my surgery date, the doctor suggested getting lipo around my chest area instead. I'm so glad she did as it has made the shape and look of my new chest so much better! After the surgery the nurses who took care of me on the night and in the morning went above and beyond, some did not speak English but still were very friendly and attentive to my needs. Some used a translation app on their phone and that worked really well. At the hotel breakfast was free every morning, and the on call nurse visited me every day, sometimes twice a day to check on my drains and dressings. She's was very helpful and explained all my medicines and creams to me. And how to look after my treatment when I returned home. I am now 4 weeks post op and I am so happy with the results. Dr. Merve did the incision scars exactly like I wanted and grafted my new nipples the size and positioning to exactly what I wanted to. I would definitely recommend clinic mono if you are thinking of getting surgery and especially Dr. Merv, she is a fabulous doctor. Also my co-ordinator cengiz was very friendly and helpful. He escorted me and my friend to get our preliminary tests done. Made me feel at ease and put my mind at rest when I was feeling really nervous the morning of my surgery. He sat with me and walked to the surgery room. And he escorted me and my friend to our hotel, and spoke to us when we were visiting their clinic too. Only downside I noticed was the driving and road etiquette is so different in turkey compared to the UK and the way some people drive is so dangerous and scary. Not great when you've just had surgery the night before and are travelling to the hotel. Apart from that I did not have a bad experience.

Jan 01,2025Dr. Eren did a wonderful job with my rhinoplasty on my Asian face. My host Esra made everything possible and took very good care of my needs and wishes 24/7. Also the recovery in that wonderful hotel, the delicious healthy food and my personal nurse Simge for daily check-ups was top notch! I had the most pleasant experience with Mono. Special kudos also to Ceren and Günes who consulted me professionally during my initial contact with Mono and thanks to Said for picking me up from the hospital. The admin, planning and execution of everything was immaculate. Would highly recommend the services of Mono clinic to all of my friends and family!

Dec 31,2024I cannot speak highly enough of Furkan and the exceptional service he provided during my recent stay in Izmir, Turkey for my recent surgery. From the moment I arrived at the airport in Izmir, Furkan greeted me warmly and immediately made me feel at ease. He not only arranged all my transportation but also accompanied me to every clinic and hospital visit, ensuring I felt supported and comfortable throughout the process. Furkan’s expertise and thoroughness were evident in every step. He guided me through the hospital intake process and pre-op exams with ease, answering all my questions patiently and clearly. His ability to explain the next steps in detail, while addressing my concerns, made the entire experience seamless and reassuring. On the day of my arrival, Furkan went above and beyond by meeting me at the airport, taking me to the Mono Clinic to complete paperwork, and then ensuring I was settled at the aftercare villa where I would recover post-surgery. His professionalism, knowledge, and genuine care truly stood out and made my stay in Izmir much more comfortable. I am incredibly grateful for Furkan’s support and highly recommend the Mono Clinic to anyone considering surgery and/or treatments and in particular Furkan should you be so fortune to have him assigned as your International Patient Services Manager. He is an invaluable asset to their team and a true example of excellent patient care.

Dec 30,2024The whole experience was great. I have been for 2 operations now in a year. Breast uplift and implants with 360 vaser lipo and the 360 TT with muscle repair. DR Merve was very professional she told me what would give me the look I wanted. Granted Dr eren said the same thing on my 1st operation but I didn't listen. (My stubborn fault) . The experience leading upto and pick up on the day was smooth. Ceren was very nice and professional. Helped when ever she could with all my questions The mono clinic is stunning, clean and the food really is amazing. It's not cheap but your recovering so eat well if you can so you heal better. The hospital was clean spacious and the nurses were amazing. Use translate on your phone if you need to. They also do but it's very straight forward. The 1st operation I had terrible sickness after the GA. Went anemic and had 2 blood transfusions. They caught it quick and sorted me out fast. The 2nd operation they really listened to me when. I banged on about i need antisickness be4 and during and after my op. I wasn't sick at all and felt 100% better. I requested a blood test to check i wasn't anemic again and they did it no problem. The after care nurse at the hotel came once if not twice a day to check on me. Checked my wounds and was just amazingly kind. Her name is Simge. This was much better than the first operation. I'm really pleased they did this. Makes you feel so much more looked after. Cagatay was mine and my friends coordinator he was very professional and kind. Just one thing I was rushed out of the hospital extremely fast after my last pain killer which I was a bit annoyed about. Maybe just a reminder to give someone a Little more time. Taxis to and from the clinic and airport was on time but they drive as if there rally car racers which if I'm honest there's no need for at all. So plse take some care when driving.

Dec 25,2024Bonjour, je recommande tellement Monoclinic, selon ma expérience à ce clinic, tout était parfait et satisfaisant,la réception a été impecable de la part des assistants: Ilyas, Said, Esra, Aybige, l'infirmière aussi, sans oublier le Docteur et son assistante. La résidence à la villa était géniale, Hassan, Ozzy et Shery était serviables et à la hauteur, on a passé une semaine en famille. Je voudrais remercier les chauffeurs aussi. From enquiry, to booking, to travelling, to surgery & to aftercare, everything was organised & handled so well. Damla answered my first enquiry & shared all the details regarding my consultation & took my deposit, she was extremely helpful. Busra was my travel coordinator who gave me all the information about what would happen during my stay & she assisted me with booking my flights. She was extremely accommodating & handled all of my queries effectively. Muratcan was my wonderful coordinator, who was really efficient in organising everything necessary for my trip to go smoothly. His services were great! Dr Merve was my incredible surgeon who was really informative & attentive with everything I asked for & also when addressing any concerns or questions I had. I’m so happy with her work! My after care nurse Simge was an angel who made me feel so cared for & looked after whilst I recovered from my surgery. I really appreciated all of her care & attention! The hotel staff were also brilliant & they were extremely helpful during my stay for the week. I’m over the moon with my results so far (I arrived home today) & I would highly recommend booking with Mono for your surgery desires. Thank you all so much!

Dec 17,2024I recently went to mono to have dental work done i stayed at the vila , upon arriving into turkey i was nervous after i met the host Hassan and ozzy i have never felt more welcome somewhere in my entire life these 2 are the most gentle souls , then came meeting sherihban i have never met a kinder person in my life and can not describe her it is not possible she is the heart of the villa mono and i will miss her untill my next visit , these 3 have made my journey life changing i learnt so much and we shared a-lot of things together so thank you guys so much untill next time , i wish you all the best . 💕💕 Fatima was my patient co-ordinator and she is so patient and supportive for you threw out the whole journey and very informative, and big thank you beste for helping with all my travel arrangements to everyone at mono is so kind

Very helpfull and polite people in the Villa Hasan Ozzy and lady who make coffee and breakfast Cherry. You will feel like at home there. Doctor was amazing All dentist procedurę did proffesional. Big thank you for Samira So lovely Tour lady who spent time with us and made sure we were safe and satisfied . Also can't forgot Furkan A man who cared about us i the clinic Recomend it to everone interested and can't wait to see you again ❤️
