Dec 15,2024Absolutely brilliant !!! Before flying out Ceren helped me out with my whole itinerary, and answered any questions I had before hand. Cengiz looked after me while I was staying with Clinic Mono, he was very helpful and always on hand to support. The day before going home me and my partner wanted to go to the local Bazaar, Cengiz arranged all our transport and even arranged for us to have a guide take us around the Bazaar, we felt very safe and well looked after. My surgeon Dr Eren Erosos was fantastic, I had a FDL Tummy tuck, breast uplift with implants. Before having the surgery I wanted the smallest implants, Dr Eren recommended I go bigger than what I wanted due to my body shape and build, he truly wanted the best outcome for me, he made me feel extremely comfortable and the results are amazing. My implants look great. I will be returning to Mono Clinic in the new year for my next lot of surgeries with Dr Eren. Accommodation was lovely, the staff were very helpful. Massive thank you to my aftercare nurse, she was fantastic. Throughout recovery you can message the nurse on WhatsApp at anytime and she will respond and support. Going abroad for surgery is a very scary thing, Clinic Mono are a fantastic company to go with, and will make you feel extremely comfortable, well looked after and safe. Thank you to all the staff at Mono Clinic, I look forward to coming back next year.

Dec 15,2024**Transportation & Coordinator (Esra):** 10+ stars. Esra’s professionalism and attentiveness were exceptional. She was knowledgeable and supportive, proving invaluable throughout our stay. Her involvement should have been central from the outset; her dedication truly stood out. - **Hotel Front Desk Staff:** 10 stars. They were courteous and handled minor issues with aplomb. A well-deserved tip was left for their efforts. - **Kitchen Staff:** 10 stars. Food was prepared quickly and tasted good, with cheerful staff contributing positively to our dining experience. They also received a generous tip. - **Nurse at Hotel:** 10 stars. Her care was exemplary and greatly appreciated. **Hospital Experience:** 8 star The hospital staff demonstrated courtesies and knowledge that deserve recognition, earning an 8-star rating despite some oversights regarding my dual surgeries, which went unmonitored during recovery. I have been lying in a pool of blood for some time and everyone seems to have forgotten I had surgery there also.

Dec 12,202424 zirconium teeth, 2 root canal. From booking the flights for us, the transfers and the hotel it all went very smoothly. Ferhat was my wife's personal consultant and he did an amazing Job. My wife is wheelchair bound and blind. Ferhat was a true gentleman. Very polite, very informative, and very professional. Aybige was our travel Co ordinator. Arranged our flights and the hotel stay. Absolutely faultless. The dentist was Burak Sarp. Very professional and was great throughout the whole procedure. Overall a great experience. I am now looking to return. Thank you to all involved. John and Claire

Dec 11,2024It's a scam IT IS A COMPANY THAT AFTER THE OPERATION AND A PROBLEM ARISES, THEY DO NOT TAKE CARE OF YOU AS THEY SHOULD. I CONTACTED THEM SEVERAL TIMES AND THEY DID NOT TAKE CARE OF THE MOUTH PAIN PROBLEM I HAD. IN THE END I WENT TO A SPECIALIST HERE IN SPAIN AND FIXED THE PAIN I HAD. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM

Busra did a great job from day one when I discovered mono clinic 😍 She talked and walked me through all the important details and steps to get me safe to Izmir (Turkey)😍She worked with me side by side ensuring my happiness throughout my entire stay. Thank you my darling Busra and not forgetting Ceren,Beste and Aybige you ladies made my stay a memorable one💕you all are so kind 💕 I can’t wait to be back 💕.From my pick up from the airport to my hotel through and fro was such a smooth experience and I am very happy with both my procedures and recovery process with the entire team.. Most importantly my coordinator MERT he made me feel so very welcome and really did a great great job 👏 I was very pleased and overly happy with his patient, great attributes and kind welcoming gesture. I can’t wait to come back and hopefully enjoy a much better experience than my last visit. The team at Mono clinic and hospital made sure I was comfortable in every best way possible. My Coordinator MERT was the BEST OF BEST 😍😍

I had the Gastric Balloon procedure and it was fully explained before-hand and perfectly executed, very friendly and professional staff too, especially Emrah with the visa process, Busra the travel coordinator and most amazingly Esra the patient service specialist. I would definitely recommend it to anyone and looking forward to having another procedure with Mono Clinic in future.

Dec 02,2024What an experience 😍 After alot of research, I decided to come to mono For Tummy tuck, lipo & new Emax crowns. Every single thing from start to finish was absolutely perfect. My surgeon Dr Merve was absolutely outstanding. Her work is impeccable. I'm only 6 days post op and already love my results... Dentist Cargri wowww what can I say... I'm over the moon with my teeth. He done perfect shape for my mouth and together we both picked the best shade for my skin tone.. He is so professional and a beautiful friendly man. Cengiz, my co-ordinater (my right hand man) the one that was everywhere with me, at all my check ups, contacted me every day to make sure I was always okay... Such a nice guy and very understanding. Also shout out to busra who organised everything for me regarding flights/airport assistance and anything I needed on the lead up to my trip. She was very helpful with advice and supportive with anything I needed to know Last but not least, the beautiful team at mono Villa, who became another family to me on my stay here... Not once did I feel alone on my stay here... We had lots of laughs and chats. Every staff member at the villa was so welcoming & warming. Sherry, hasan & oguzhan (ozzy) You have all been amazing and an absolute pleasure to meet.... Untill next time guys 👋 👋 👋 👋

Nov 30,2024I was surprised by how lovely they handled my care. I am not an influencer or vip person, I am an ordinary person coming from UK to do the gastric sleeve. Because I've read a lot of negative comments I started to worry but after meeting Mert, my patient service i started to calm down. Mert did everything what he could to help me, gave me crystal clear instructions with what to do and don't. And not the last thank you Ceren,she assisted me from the beginning 🙂 The surgery went smoothly, with lots of care from the hospital nurses, I am profound thankfully for their non stop care, very nice people. The doctor came to visit me every day, asking how I am feeling and explaining me nicely what I should do . Overall I am very happy with my choice and I don't regret it. If you're reading this and want to do the gastric sleeve, please do it, is worth it! And second advice, take a companion with you, never go alone. Aa, maybe a little of suggestion for Mono, maybe give more credit to ordinary people than influencers and show them around places as well :) Can't wait to be back next year, hopefully we can visit some nice places while my husband is fixing his smile ☺️ Thank you !

Nov 30,2024I would like to express my sincere gratitude to everyone involved in Mono Clinic. I was very apprehensive & worried about my entire dental procedure but I was put at ease as everyone is so helpful & accommodating. Constantly looking to help and assist you wherever possible & to ask if there’s anything more they can do. 1st up was Cem who helped set up process with initial review. Then Ceren helped me as my travel co-ordinator but special thanks and appreciation goes to Esra my host, translator, transfers etc. She was so helpful & couldn’t have got through the process without her. Sorted me out in hotel, clinic & then transferred me to Villa seamlessly. Process was faultless & cannot thank her enough. Finally my Medical team Charlie my dentist was exceptional talking me through process even though I had 1 million questions 🤣 and my nurse Yasemin who assisted Charlie each day. I stayed in hotel which was fantastic but when I transferred to Villa wow what an experience. The 3 people who made me so welcome was Oğuzhan and Hasan (Villa hosts) they were excellent & spoke fluent English albeit we had a laugh teaching pure Scottish. They educated me with local heritage & life in Turkey. Assisted me with food. This Villa wouldn’t be same without both of them. Then comes Cherry (Cleaner Cooking Lady) we had a laugh with Google translate. Cooked exceptional scrambled eggs & pasta went above and beyond. These 3 people were fantastic. All in all great experience. Thank you I am so pleased with my teeth and thank you Esra from day 1 to day 9 every step of the way ❤️ x

Special thanks to my coordinator Ferhat,who kept me informed every step from arriving to leaving Izmir.He contacted me on daily basis and kept me informed on all stages of my treatment,keep it up! Dr. Burak's expertise and skill were truly remarkable, and his nurse, despite language barriers, she always went above and beyond to ensure my comfort. This team's dedication and professionalism are truly commendable. The hotel accommodation,their staffs, and transfers were flawless, making my journey effortless. Nov 25,2024My stay at the villa was nothing short of amazing. From the moment I arrived, Hasan ensured everything was perfect and went above and beyond to make me feel at home. His warm and accommodating nature made a big difference. Breakfast each morning was a highlight, thanks to the lovely Sherry. Her kindness and attention to detail, along with the delicious meals, made every morning feel special. The villa itself was beautiful, clean, and comfortable—a true retreat. Coupled with the outstanding dental treatment I received at Mono Clinic, this experience truly exceeded my expectations. It felt more like a vacation than just accommodation.

Dec 16,2024Last week I did 360 Liposuction, Tummy tuck and Breast lift!! The whole process from day one with Sukrän Ilik (5**) was great she was responsible for my offer/package and the Hotel. Sukrän handed me to Beste who did all the itinerary work all went on smooth. Beste handed me over to Muratcan Simsek who was now my Co-ordinator. He sent me a great driver from the Airport to the Hotel, I did with him all the paperwork I give Murat credit for the great job he did more than 5**! Thank you Murat for making me feel at home and the patience you have in you, and being with me throughout this journey, at the Hospital in the Hotel you made sure everything was okey. My nurse in the HOTEL was Miss. Simge, this lady is God sent she's amazing. She was there for me throughout and did a very, very good and clean job. All in all I do recommend Mono Clinic, they have a great team, you get VIP transfer from Airport to Hotel, Hotel to Hospital and back to Hotel until your last day back to the airport its all classic. Not forgetting even after your process is done they all still keep in touch with you to make sure that you are doing fine.
