Oct 20,2024I had the best experience when visiting Izmir mono clinic. They offered quality care from picking and dropping you off at the airport, transport to the clinic, amazing food at the villa and hotel. It was comfortable with many different facilities and offers. The city is beautiful, cheap and the locals are friendly. When at the clinic you are greeted by everyone the staff are unbelievably friendly and go out of their way to make your stay even better. Furkan was my ps he greeted me and answered my question literally 24/7, he made my stay 100% funnier and easier. For the results I’m so happy… beyond belief. I had treatment on my teeth and they look unbelievable and natural. They did exactly what I asked for and I couldn’t be more pleased. Overall 10/10 stay.

Oct 19,2024What can I say. My experience at mono was second to non. I was very nervous and you could say apprehensive about getting treatment in Turkey, but I can honestly say Mono erased my fears, even so, I booked for another treatment for the same time next year whilst I was there. So efficient from the WhatsApp messages back at home in the UK, I was constantly kept up to date and checked in on throughout the 4 months from me booking it to actually going, when I got there everything was just so so organised. I want to specially mention “Busra” she was so helpful in the lead up to my experience at mono clinic, and co-ordinated everything beforehand. She was so polite & made me feel relaxed even before I arrived in turkey. Thankyou Busra! But I’ve got to say, my experience wouldn’t have been the same without “Said” A personal chaperone, someone that made me feel so calm throughout the whole process. Nothing was too much for him, he put me at ease, such a kind, chatty lovely guy that I hope goes onto great things in his future. His aftercare advice was very precise, I can even message him now I’m back in the UK if I have any quiries on some of the after care stages and he will reply pretty much straight away. I honestly felt so relaxed and for my first ever procedure I couldn’t have asked for better company & reassurance than him. So thankyou “Said” and I hope to see you next year.

Oct 19,2024I would definitely recommend the clinic. I had a good experience. From the consultation to the ticket booking, everything went well! I was also given great help on site and there were no problems. Special thanks go to Mert, Sükran, Beste, who gave me great support and answered all my questions. Dr. Eren Ersöz did a great job, thank you very much and I am very happy with the result so far. The aftercare nurse in the hotel and all the hotel staff were also very helpful and courteous...

Oct 18,2024First off let me say the transportation facility is 110%. Perfection. The staff are amazing at mono. Esra was so helpful. Responded to messages very promptly. Gave helpful information every time you needed it. She is extremely patient and polite. Ferhat is also AMAZING!! The most polite gentle man ever. I always felt warm around them. Simge, Simge, Simge!!! The best aftercare nurse you could ever wish for. I lack words to describe the team that took care of me. Love, love, love!! Only thing I have to say is that, I need for the surgeons to put in more time to talk to their patients before and after surgery.

Oct 16,2024Ich wollte mich so oder so melden nachdem es mir besser geht. ehrlich gesagt am Anfang hatte ich ein sehr schlechten Eindruck nicht wegen der Mono Clinik und Personal. Ich hatte mehr Mühe mit mir selber ob ich das wirklich machen soll oder nicht. Hat es sehr grosses Angst aber Nachhinein ich bin jetzt sehr dankbar und stolz dass ich das gemacht habe. Das Personal war sehr freundlich sehr hilfsbereit und Şükran İlik und BESTE kann ich nur sagen sehr liebe Menschen und seine persönliche Art hat mich auch sehr beeindruckt und ich habe das durchgezogen die ganze Operation. Im Spital wurde ich sehr sehr gut betreut, das Personal Team war professional und habe mir sehr hilfsbereit geholfen. Im Hotel Mono war auch alles gut sehr gastfreundlich und hilfsbereit das Essen war hervorragend Sauberkeit war super ich habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt. Ich würde es weiterempfehlen und möchte mich herzlich bedanken für die tolle Beratung und Pfleg ich hoffe bis bald und wünsche euch eine schöne Zeit und bleib gesund hat mich sehr gefreut euch kennen zu lernen zu dürfen und Diese Erfahrung zu Machen. Oct 16,2024A beautiful experience all round. Right from the airport to the hotel then the villa. The dentist and nurse were nice and friendly. Busra and Furkan my coordinator was very helpful with my care plan and appointments, the villa staff, Hassan, sheri and meter were amazing. Finally I can smile again. I would highly recommend.

Oct 16,2024Five Star service and treatment. Myself and my friend had dental implants and I had additional upper/lower eye surgery and a lower face and neck lift. The service was fantastic and so was the results. Aybige and Ferhat our representative was absolutely amazing, so caring, professional and he organised everything for us, during our stay. I can’t wait to return and see him again😊🙌

Fatima was my partners coordinator but she also helped with any enquiries I had. She went above & beyond in her patient care & I would definitely recommend her & mono clinic along with all the other staff. I would give her a 5⭐️ review for all her help throughout the process.

Oct 14,2024I found the most positive feedback would be the staff, everyone was friendly, supportive and helpful. I was made to feel my health, safety and comfort were their main priority. Everywhere was so clean and accommodating. Wouldn’t hesitate to use again.

Oct 14,2024Alles was man da verspricht wird durch gehandelt . Wir waren sehr zufrieden , hat uns von Flughafen abgeholt und zum Villa gefahren. Freundlichkeit und Sauberkeit würde ich eine 1 geben ! Alle Frage was wir gestellt haben, würde von Beste , Sükran und Furkan beantwortet ! Die ganze Kommunikation zwischen Arzt und Patient war Super ich würde Kommunikation und Sicherheit Benotet auch mit 1+ ☺️ ist zum weiter Empfehlen und zu Vertrauen

Oct 11,2024Ich und mein Partner waren beide Patienten der Clinic mono. Ich habe eine Bauchdeckenstrafung machen lassen und er hat ein Haartransplantat bekommen. Ich muss wirklich sagen, vom ersten Beratungsgespräch bis hin zum tatsächlichen Termin und allem zugehörigen Ablauf lief es wirklich gut. Es wurde alles gut mit uns besprochen, für fragen war immer Zeit und wir haben uns gut aufgehoben gefühlt! Mit unseren Ergebnissen sind wir auch sehr zufrieden und kommen gern wieder. Vorallem hervorheben möchte ich unsere Agents, die für uns zuständig waren und mit denen wir uns sofort super verstanden haben: Ferhat, Muratcan und Mert. Danke das ihr uns an die Hand genommen habt! Kommt uns besuchen in good old Germany! :) Aber auch unsere Aftercare Nurse und vorallem auch das Hotel Personal waren super lieb. Mit manchen haben wir sogar Freundschaft geschlossen! Miss you all guys :) Natürlich auch hier mit besten Beispiels meinen Chirurgen genannt. Ich weiß Sie hatten es nicht leicht mit mir, danke für Ihr Bemühen und das Ergebnis mit dem ich sehr zufrieden bin bis jetzt! Vielen vielen lieben Dank und bis zum nächsten mal <3

Oct 11,2024I have recently been to Mono Clinic for treatment, I can only speak hightly about Mono Clinic. From arriving at airport, the aftercare and transfer back home. My nurse patient service coordinator Mert is amazing and I cant sing his praise more. Mert was always in contact with me checking to see how i was, keeping me updated, explaining everything to me and I seen him at all my clinic check ups. Thank you so much Mert 🩷 The hotel Nurse is wonderful always around if needed (she even came back to see me out of her hours of work to check me as I had a concern of my drains) The medical team are fantastic and I felt like I was always in safe hands. My surgeon M. D. Deniz YILDIRIM and his Nurse I can't recommend enough! They are the best and only a few weeks after my surgery I am so happy with results. 🩷 Thank you Mono Clinic and Team x

Couldn’t be happier with my results, Murat was absolutely amazing, helpful, friendly and always keeping in touch to let me know days and times I’d be back and forth. He also went out of his way for me a few times which I’m very grateful for. Murat just made it all so easy for me! He should get a raise 100%. Thanks again

Oct 20,2024TERRIBLE SERVICE Please do yourself a favour and do not consider these amateurs if you want to fix your body. They made a lot of mistakes during my hair transplantation. I will keep it short... in result my hair did not grow back on the back of my head. They overharvested my donor area. I feel so bad right now. Every visit in the barber shop is a terrible experience right now. DO YOURSELF A FAVOUR AND DON'T CONSIDER THIS COMPANY NEVER. No wonder why there is so many good reviews here. Hey monoclinic, stop requesting to delete my review:)
