Oct 28,2024Ein großer Schritt für mich und für euch ein kleiner Einblick. Nach jahrelanger Überlegung (der Wunsch bestand fast 20 Jahre 🙈) habe ich mich relativ spontan für eine Haartransplantation entschieden und was soll ich sagen? WARUM habe ich das nicht früher gemacht. Vom ersten Kontakt mit Şükran bis zur Planung mit Beste war schon alles super! Man fühlte sich direkt wohl. Beide haben mir das Gefühl gegeben, dass ich in der Mono Clinic gut aufgehoben bin. So war es dann auch. Das Mono Hotel bietet alles für eine entspannte Genesung. Tolles Personal, Gastfreundlichkeit, Sauberkeit und gutes Essen. Eine sehr freundliche Aftercare Nurse ist auch vor Ort. Mit Furkan hatte ich einen sehr erfahrenen und kompetenten Patient Service. Er begleitete mich zu allen anstehenden Terminen und lies keine Fragen offen. In den Kliniken selbst sind auch alle super nett und zuvorkommend. Kleiner Kritikpunkt: deutscher Dolmetscher fehlt, da man doch sehr viele wichtige Informationen bekommt. SUPER KLINIK - SUPER TEAM - BEST PRICE Klare Empfehlung und freue mich schon auf ein Wiedersehen.

Oct 28,2024Few weeks ago I had my surgery and I most say the hospital and care was top notch and my host Ferhat G. Karaarslan was the best, his concern toward me was on imaginable and BESTE😊 she handled all my trips and was always in touch within me from the very beginning I contacted mono… I highly recommend mono clinic.. 😊

Oct 25,2024All in allem bin ich sehr zufrieden. Murat hat uns von OP Tag bis zur Nachkontrolle begleitet und konnte uns jede Frage beantworten. Leider gab es keinen Dolmetscher der deutsch konnte, somit musste man es auf englisch verstehen. Aber das war das einzige was man als „negativ“ werten könnte. Aber ich bin komplett mit dem Ablauf und dem Ergebnis zufrieden, es gab keine Komplikationen, alle waren sehr nett und schmerzen hatte ich auch zu keinem Zeitpunkt. Danke!

Oct 24,2024Beste was such a good coordinator! She helped us through all the initial steps and she is always available to any question you may have, such a sweetheart! I had some underlying condition that caused a complication during the procedure I chose and this team and especially Fatima did not leave my side! My guardian angel. They are with you every step of the way no matter what! If you want a clinic that cares about you, go to Mono.

Beste booked everything for us and whenever we had any question regarding any part of the travel, let it be about the flight, about the hotel or the procedure she was always available and kind! Fatima our carer was the absolute best, even with everything going on she stayed with us and helped us through everything! The rest of the team was also very attentive and friendly. Love love love!

Oct 22,2024My experience at Mono clinic was great. Starting from Nazli, she is definitely on top of the game, always available with her quick and informative responses. And helped me formulate the best treatment plan for me after consulting with the doctors. Dt. Cagri was honestly amazing, i wouldn’t choose any other dentist apart from him. He’s professional, extremely comforting. I had an implant and a crown fitted in the back of my mouth and had 0 discomfort or complications. Esra my PS was great, it was never too late or too early to message her, she always provided me with prompt response. Hassan!!! My favourite host from the villa. Hassan and Sherry are the reason everyone’s stay at the villa is worth it. Sherry is super funny and motherly, making the best ever breakfast and lunch and Hassan is super kind, friendly and fun to be around. Thank you to all. <3

Oct 22,2024Highly recommended clinic. My surgery was very organised and quick and I'm soo happy with results. Mert was my carer was awesom and very helpful during all my stay in Monoclinic. Also very big thanks to Ceren as she was big support and help during all stay.

Oct 22,2024I had my breast augmentation done and I’m not gonna lie it was amazing if I was to do my surgery again it will defo be this clinic again the only thing that disappointed me was after the surgery when they take you back to your hotel the woman took so long to get my pain meds I was in so much pain it felt like she took forever that’s the only thing I can say was bad but to trust a surgeon I’ll defo be with this clinic again

Oct 21,2024I am 6 months after breast reduction surgery and I can say that was the best decision ever. Breast looks very good after 6 months is very natural and that what I wanted. No complications after surgery. Even when I was scared on the beginning Mert explained everything and was all the time when I needed. Also I would like to thanks Caren for being available before I was in Turkey. Only what I can say is that if I am already a patient I should not pay for food in a hotel at all. Only breakfast is free I feel that I should have breakfast and dinner included. Otherwise all was good and worthy.
