Nov 15,2023My experience was 5* Big shout out to Nezir he was an amazing contact, great communication, always at the end of the phone 24/7/365 and nothing was too much trouble, I can’t recommend him enough he goes far beyond the call of duty, and far exceeded my expectations. Thanks 🙏 Nezir. Also my Dentist 🦷 known as Doctor gentle. Dt E Cagri Dereli who spoke good English, we had many laughs I have a perfect smile now. Also Yasemin his dental assistant was lovely and very knowledgeable and gentle. Hotel was amazing, as were the VIP transfer’s I’ll be back for a check up next year. Thank you Mono and the team big shout out to Ahsen who was all on hand, to answer any questions or queries while I was in Izmir and once I returned to the UK, Mono you were awesome 🙌🏻 I now have confidence to smile again 🤩 Thank you 🦷😊

Nov 15,2023I applied for a reception position at Mono Hotel. We had an online interview and she wanted me to meet face to face. She showed up 40 minutes late for the interview without any explanation and nothing was done to make up for it. As a result, I lost 3 hours and the meeting could not take place. There are a lot of people who need a job and they are taking advantage of this and they were very uncaring. It was totaly dissappointed.Based on my experience in my business life, you can understand the company culture and their behavior towards you very well in the job interview. NOT recomment to all candidates to work for this company. Mono otel resepsiyon pozisyonu için başvuruda bulundum. Online görüşme yaptık ve yüz yüze görüşmek istediler. Görüşmeye gittiğimde hiçbir açıklama yapmadan 40 dakika geç gelindi ve telafi etmek için hiçbir şey yapılmadı. Sonuç olarak 3 saat kaybım oldu ve görüşme gerçekleşemedi. İşe ihtiyacı olan bir çok insan var ve onlar bunu kullanıyorlar ve çok umursamaz davrandılar. Tamamıyla hayal kırıklığına uğradım. İş hayatımdaki tecrübelerime dayanarak söylüyorum, şirket kültürünü ve size karşı davranışlarını iş mülakatında çok iyi anlayabilirsiniz. Bu şirket için çalışmanızı tavsiye etmiyorum.

Nov 15,2023I had a breast lift and augmentation at clinic mono. 2.5 weeks later it appeared that my sutures were dissolving. At 4 weeks today, I have wound dehiscence on my right breast measured at 1.5 inches, my breast isn’t connecting to my areola. As to my left breasts I’m left with holes all around the areola area. As soon as there was puss coming out of stitches I reached out to the clinic and was told it’s normal. I sent pictures of my areola not attaching and completely separating, I was once again told that “it’s only been 1 month and that it’s normal healing process “. I’ve lost a chuck of my nipple that no surgery will get back. I’ve been in touch with the after care but they disregarded my concerns and stopped responding. I will be updating this review until this gets resolved. Update: On November 15, 2023. The post operation after care reached out to me saying I could come back for a revision.

Nov 11,2023The people that I've met from my first contact till the last, absolutely amazing service and profesionalism, they don't treat it as a 8 to 5 job and you can actually feel they're genuine and care about your wellbeing.Hotel and Villa amazing too,also Damla,Büşra and especially Beste alongside Gizem and Dr. Burak offered me my dream smile, forever grateful and see you guys next year for my implant work, Also big thanks to Mete, Emre and the lady from the Mono Villa who looked after me during the recovery. Nov 10,2023I stayed at the villa with Mete, who was incredibly accommodating and went the extra mile to ensure a delightful experience. His fluency in both Turkish and English significantly enhanced our trip to Turkey, making it ten times more enjoyable. Prepare to be wowed by the limousine style shuttles !

Nov 09,2023METE What can I say about our Mete, he is an angel from the moment I saw him he has treated me like his family everything you need and want he is there for you, he goes above and beyond for his patient/guest, so kind and caring and put your mind at ease for everything I would give him 100out of a 100 this man loves his job and understands the wants and needs of each individual patient,he made my experience and aftercare a breeze and I loved my time in the villa with him I definitely recommend the villa and Mete as your villa host 🥰

Nov 08,2023Mono Villa; The Mono Villa is pretty sweet; good location, nice pool, great rooms etc. But what really sets it apart is the staff. Mete, a super great host. Always concerned about your wellbeing, saying a nice word or two when you might not feel at your best etc. I especially appreciated it, as on my last day, I had a bad stomach. Flight nightmare stuff & Mete, truly helped me when I needed it. Definitely 10/10. Ahsen helped me with everything & made the whole experience less stressful. I was having doubts at times & she got me through it & I am extremely happy I did so 10/10. Everyone at the clinic is also very helpful, highly recommend.

Nov 05,2023Je suis très satisfaite de mon expérience et de l’accompagnement reçu, du début à la fin pour mon intervention Révision BBL. Furkan qui a été l’assistant de la clinque à notre disposition tout le long du séjour, a su être disponible, et à l’écoute à tout moment. La chirurgienne Dr Merve a su déceler rapidement les corrections à faire avant même que je les lui énonce, mais elle a également pris le temps ensuite d’écouter mes souhaits et m’expliquer ce qui était possible de faire. Une professionnelle très douce, attentive et soignée . De même pour les Soignants de l’hôpital, malgré la barrière de la langue, présent au maximum pour votre confort et vous soulager, empathique et rassurant. Ce n’est pas une intervention facile mais avec tout cet accompagnement, l’événement s’est déroulé pour le mieux. Nous avons séjourné avec mon accompagnant dans le Mono Hotel, un établissement chaleureux, confortable, avec un personnel soigné, accueillant et d’une gentillesse incroyable. Vraiment je les recommande, et vous remercie du fond du cœur pour tout votre travail .

Nov 05,2023I couldn't have asked for more. The whole process has been so smoothly and professionally operated. Had a wonderful patient coordinator. Very happy and very helpful for me. My surgeon and all the hospital staff are excellent and I will be returning for my nose next year. I can happily say I chose the best in turkey 🇹🇷

I had my first visit to Mono Clinic recommended by my brother my journey was fantastic even i was terrified about having pain butt I've meet an extraordinary doctor and the surgery was total painless at the end to be surprised that i had no pain at all even after surgery. In the last 3 days i stayed at the Mono Villa where i meet an extraordinary lady who cooked for us . I left the best at the end , best and nicest person I've meet from all journey is Mete from the Villa he is such a kind person that impressed me with his hospitality and always be ready to do something for everyone like they where part of his family . 5 stars 🌟 are not enough for Mete !!! Congratulations

Oct 31,2023I’ve just returned to England after my second visit having implants and crowns, top and bottom! Very efficient and attentive staff throughout the whole experience, great limo service 👍🏼 Dt. Çağrı Dereli and Yasemin are both the best 😍 Ceren, Furkan Yıldırım as my personal assistant was great support and fun to be around while you’re waiting! I stayed at The Mono Hotel for 1 night which was beautiful, then stayed with a great group of people at the Villa, the whole team there are amazing, lovely food by the best housekeeper/chef and Assistant Mete had my every need met, 5 stars ⭐️ for all, way to many to mention 💝

Oct 27,2023Last week I had my BBL at Mono Clinic , my experience with them was amazing special with Emir , he been al the time with me and kept me update for the whole process . I went alone but felt like I have all whole family there . thank you to Büşra to be so friendly with me and planning all my transport for airport to the hotel and make sure I had all I was needed .

Oct 27,2023Recently had Gastric Sleeve with Mono Clinic and I can't express my happiness. My personal coordinator Can was amazing, did more than he had to and a valuable asset to this clinic. Only on the first day I felt pain but I was always under observation by Mono's medical team and Can. Thank you for everything. I would highly recommend

Oct 27,2023I done my breast reduction and 360 lipo tummy tuck 4 weeks ago at mono clinic. I am originally from London and One of my friend recommended me mono clinic. My Surgeon was Dr Eren and I’m so happy with results that I got. He and his team were amazing. All staffs of mono clinic were really helpful (Gulsum and Busra) and specially can (patient coordinator). He was super supportive through out my journey from day one. I can’t thank enough to can the support I got from him. He went above and beyond to help me out. I would definitely recommend mono clinic if anyone looking for any kind of surgery. Many thanks to mono clinic and team.
