Oct 27,2023Im happy with my experience overall! I had bbl and as a transwoman, the clinic made me feel safe and not judged. Dr Ergin was wonderful and he gave me my dream body and to the nurses who were so kind and caring! Cant wait for the final result! Thanks to Dilan, who was there for me! She was very kind, understanding, non judgemental and helpful as the rest of the staff. Special mention to Husen the hotel waiter and Mete at the villa who were so wonderful! Excellent transport and accomodation(though I expected bigger room as seen on the video sent to me, but no big deal. Overall Im grateful for the experience. Thank you Mono Clinic!

Oct 26,2023hello Can-my PA making this journey smooth and comfortable. He was always there even when I panicked at 5 am because I had leek from one of my drain. All staff is amazing I don't know where to start Busra-thank u for organization x u always kind and so helpfull. Husain-waiter from the hotel always so busy but never too busy to smile and cheer you up HE WAS JUST BRILLIANT. Mete-host in Villa I think Is one of the kindess person I ever meet in my life. And I can't forget about two amazing girls medical assistance and Busa So helpfull, friendly and professional I felt like I meet family no workers from Mono Regarding my surgery Dr Merve she did amazing job along side witch other doctor. You give me new life Thank you so much

Oct 24,2023I recently visited Mono for gastric sleeve on 12th Oct. The care I received was great, 5+ stars for Can (my assistant). He was great, super helpful, checked in on me after my op - I didn't even physically see him, but I heard him and let him know that he could go home as I was totally out of it haha! I am a more independent person, but I am sure he would have been much more attentive if I had needed it. The hospital was super clean and the medical staff were great. I travelled alone, so the first 48hrs post-op were critical for support and the nurses answered the buzzer immediately, any time of the day/night. My surgeon, Dr Caglar Ertekin, was also lovely. I had done lots of research so I didn't have many questions, but he offered to be on hand post-op if any questions arose. My surgery and recovery so far has been seamless too, which is the most important thing. I would give Mono 4.5 stars if I could, they missed the pip only due to not being prepared for me as a vegetarian, at the hotel or on my meal plan following the surgery, which has added extra work on my part when all I wanted was to relax and recover. The hotel were fine at accommodating me in the end, I was just a little put out because they were aware of my diet at the point of booking, but no one was prepared when I actually went - be prepared if you are veggie/vegan before you go, Turkey on the whole isn't a veggie friendly place. Secondly, I had an 11pm flight but like a regular hotel, I needed to check out at 12pm - it was 'ok' but it would have been nice to at least have use of some facilities to change and freshen up before I travelled - again bare this in mind when booking flight times. Thirdly, I did kind of expect this but, I only met the surgeon before my op - I was told at the time of booking I would meet him when doing my paperwork and before I paid, this wasn't the case, this can be a little nervy and might put some ppl off. In the end it was ok, and I expected as much. Just remember they are a clinic and booking service, not the hospital/surgeon direct, take the sales pitch with a little salt. You will be ok, just take it for what it is - cheaper surgery in Turkey. If I wasn't happy in the actual hospital and when I met the surgeon, then I would have backed out of course. Overall, I am pleased with Mono. They provided a good service. They have lovely staff, clinic and hotel. Fantastic surgeon. I liked that could recover in their hotel, rather than a public hotel - meaning I could shuffle about in my pjs for the first day or so, without any judgement from other guests haha! I would recommend Mono with Dr Ertekin for GS.

Oct 24,2023My experience for this entire week has been absolutely excellent. Ofcourse you’re scared at first as this is a big step but also it’s overwhelmingly exciting. You only want the best treatment & results.. and that’s exactly what I got. From start to finish, everyone involved. From getting me here to then helping out. The food, chef, maid, dentist, my brother Can literally everyone who dealt with me. Busra what a kind soul she is by helping with all my needs, flights, enquiries. So helpful! I am forever grateful as I wanted to get this procedure done ever since I was 18 years old. The fact that you have helped me overcome an insecurity makes me feel so blessed and this new level of confidence I have walking around is all thanks to the Mono team!! I will be referring friends and family. Thank you ❤️❤️ Forever grateful 🙏

Oct 20,2023I had a gastric sleeve at Mono clinic and everything went very well, since I made contact when I arrived in İzmir. The Mono team is very professional, attentive, and always available. A big thank you to the very attentive surgeon as well as to the medical staff. A special thank you to the lovely Tuğçe Ersokul for her help, availability and kindness. Also a big thanks to Busra , i really appreciate your help , assistance and kidness , you were very helpful . The mono clinic teams is reachable at any time wich is exceptional. Very, very good experience. I am starting a new life thanks to them.

Oct 19,2023i had my surgery in monoclinic last week . liposuction and bbl and I cannot express my gratitude enough for the exceptional care and treatment I received. From the moment I arrived at the airport, I was greeted with warmth and a nice pickup car with tv in it. the hotel was beautiful and the staffs where so friendly and warm. My PA can was a sweetheart , he made the whole experience easy and was there all the time. he took his time to explain everything to me and made sure i was comfortable always. i can’t express enough how good he was and would love to work with him again next time . The staff at the hotel were incredibly kind and went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and well-being. The overall experience I had with this mono team was nothing short of incredible. Can genuine care made me feel safe and confident throughout the entire process. I am incredibly grateful.

She has been totally supportive and friendly along with everyone else. My teeth look AMAZING I’ve had no pain and been checked on by all staff constantly to make sure I’m comfortable I can’t recommend Mono enough. Thank you Ece for making my stay so easy.

Oct 17,2023My husband and I have just returned from Turkey, it was our first experience with Mono Clinic and if I’m honest I was very apprehensive as to what treatment/service we were going to receive. Our dentist Dt Burak Anil Sarp was absolutely amazing!!! He is very professional & hygienic whilst working. The results of our teeth really are superb! We couldn’t be happier, Dt Sarp’s assistant was also fabulous! The hotel was impressive, very very clean, the staff couldn’t do enough for their guests!!! Our host Can was so friendly and also couldn’t do enough for us, he even messaged us upon our return to the UK to see if we were ok!! If you are contemplating visiting the Mono Clinic for dental treatment you really won’t be disappointed, our whole experience from start to finish was remarkable. Thank You Mono!

Oct 17,2023Firstly the whole experience from start to finish was 5star. Can and veste who looked after me and my wife were absolute diamond’s , they couldn’t do enough for us both. The dentist where we had our treatment was excellent all the staff were great. Our dentist was Dt Burak Anil Sarp he knows exactly what you want and will not except anything but the best his assistant also couldn’t do enough. I would highly recommend anyone who wants this done to go for it you won’t be disappointed.

Oct 14,2023Ich kam zu Mono wegen einer Brust Op!! Der Service war von Anfang bis Ende super. Hab mich hier richtig gut aufgehoben gefühlt.Mich hat die Betreuerin Beste und Busra die ganze Zeit begleitet und ich hab sie so doll ins Herz geschlossen. Die Ärzte machen ebenfalls einen tollen Job!! Ich bin mit dem Ergebnis mehr als zufrieden. Im Großen und Ganzen bin ich sehr froh Mono Klinik entdeckt zu haben und würde immer wieder kommen!! Danke für alles ❤️

Oct 12,2023I had a breast reduction and lift just 9 days ago and I’m very satisfied. My assistant Nazim was amazing. He helped me with all the paper work and my medication. I do appreciate his open and direct communication. I’m very happy so fare with the results and can’t wait to have my full recovery to see the final results. Thanks to the Mono team and Dr. Merve. Unfortunately I was able to only see her once on the day of the surgery. She had a private situation and had to leave the town but I was able to face time her and speak to her personally. The nurses were very kind and did everything necessary.

Oct 12,2023Ich bin am 24.09 aus Deutschland angereist ,für eine Armstraffung und Liposuktion. Vom Angebot bis über Buchung der Flüge....dann die OP in Izmir.....die Unterbringung im MonoHotel mit toller ärztlicher Betreuung und Nachsorge ist alles sehr klasse gelaufen. Und ich hatte einen tollen Dolmetscher bei allen Wegen und Terminen an meiner Seite. Auf diesem Wege nochmal DANKE an NAZIM.
