Jul 11,2023Mono clinic and staff working in there are nice, friendly and helpful. Clinic is welcoming, it smels nice and looks quiet posh. Tea and coffee is offered whiles waiting for appointment. Affter care of procedures are executed with care. Good doctors and nurses. Main star above them all is Mustafa, who deals with cases and takes a good care of patients. You can have a good laugh with him and that makes it more bearable to go threw procedures that can cause lot of pain.

My patient service specialist Furkun has been very helpful to talk me through the process and answer any questions I had. The surgeon was top class and skillful. Busem my after care specialist never failed to check on me throughout my stay. I am happy to recommend

Jul 08,2023I came to Izmir Turkey for rhinoplasty through Mono Clinic and not only am I leaving with exactly the nose I wanted, but with new friends in Turkey and great memories. Mono Clinic has been professional from the beginning setting up my surgery and keeping in contact with me all of the details the entire time. When I got to Turkey, I met Beste, who was by my side through everything. She explained everything that would happen and walked me through everything step by step. She became a good friend of mine and I will miss her so much. Busem made sure to check on me every day with my amazing nurse Mazlum. Together they made sure that I was healing properly and comfortable. My doctor, Dr. Eren was amazing. He was so calm, patient, and kind to me. He took the time to make sure I had exactly what I wanted for my new nose. He was very gentle with me and I am so happy with him. I would love to come back again to visit and undergo more surgeries with Mono Clinic. I wouldn’t trust anyone else but them. They are the best at what they do.

Jul 08,2023I travel to Mono Clinic July 24th through July 31st for a gastric sleeve procedure and also zirconium Crowns. My dentist is going to be Dr Burak and my surgeon is going to be Dr Caglar. So far, the staff: “Mr Ege” and “Mrs Damla” have been quite great at helping me work through everything from questions about my treatment to details about my travel. I will keep everyone updated as I enter into Izmir and have these procedures actually done.

Jul 06,2023My experience was absolutely phenomenal! The team at mono WOW, I couldn’t of asked for a better experience. I have been meaning to book with mono for the past 3 years, and I am sad I didn’t do it sooner! My Patient Coordinator Can was incredible, through out the 8 days I was there he helped me so much, answered any big or silly question I had and he was the best companion! I did bring a friend with me as I was having breast augmentation surgery (I do recommend to take someone a long) however even if I didn’t, I knew I could count on Mono to help me 1000%! My surgeon was amazing! I showed him and his assistant the look I would like to go for and my concerns regarding the look of my breasts and I trusted him to pick the CC and I couldn’t be happier! I now have the boobies I’ve always wanted yet I was so scared, which didn’t need to be. I unfortunately was extremely nervous and hysterical before my surgery but Can was there every step of the way re assuring me and calming me down, and for that I couldn’t thank him enough! I hope anyone that books with Mono gets to experience Can’s help, his patience and also feel his friendship. He was truly the best person I could of gone on this journey with. After my surgery I had daily check ups at the clinic, which allows you to put your mind at rest when it comes to healing process and what to expect whilst healing, they answered every question I had, I’m nearly 3 weeks post op and my incisions are completely healed and so small too! The surgeon is a magician. Busem is the sweetest, checked up on me at the hotel, make sure I had everything I needed and more! Mono have been the most welcoming and caring team to both me and my friend, I was really sad to leave, I couldn’t recommend Mono enough!! All my love to every single person I encountered who works there, who’s looked after me, made me feel welcomed and safe and the friends I have made <3 I will see you soon.

Jul 01,2023Bei mir wurden Alle Zähne abgeschliffen und überkront. Da ich eine Krebserkrankung hatte waren meine Zähne stark geschädigt. Weswegen mir beim Arztgespräch empfohlen wurde eine Wurzelbehandlung durch zuführen. Gesagt getan und ich bereue es nicht. Diese Klinik hat mit meine Lebensfreude wieder gegeben. Ich kann seit Jahren wieder schmerzfrei essen und trinken was ich möchte. Ich bin dem gesamten Team zu Dank verpflichtet. Ganz besonders möchte ich mich bei Nazim und Busem bedanken, die beiden haben mich die ganze Zeit über perfekt betreut, vielen Dank für eure großartige Arbeit.

Jun 28,2023My experience with mono was absolutely without fault I have been wanting a breast reduction and lift for about 20 years and eventually after a lot of research chose mono I am not an influencer just a normal woman in her 50s I am over the moon with my new boobs 😊 Cemre looked after me and was always around with advice or if I needed her even after I got home she is an angel 😇 The hospital was so clean and the clinic is lush as are all the staff that we met will go back if I decide to have anything else done thank you who ever I had dealings with 👏 Also if worried about flights and stay this was organised by Ceren who was very helpful and done it all for us also very patient with all my questions 😊

Jun 27,2023Where to start… from start to finish my experience with Mono was first class. Can, my Patient Service Consultant really was like my very own genie in a bottle. No matter what I needed, he provided! He was so kind and patient with me during my anxiety. I can’t praise Can enough and I would also like to say how amazing Busem was. She really was a ray of sunshine who also provided such calm and excitement about my procedure. The gentlemen and ladies who provide practically everything you need during your stay in the villa were incredible. Lastly my amazing surgeon and nurse, I really can’t praise your patience with me enough (particularly when I wanted to run away from you), your professionalism and of course your skill. Thank you to the lovely drivers, amazing driving by all in the crazy traffic. Thank you also to Beste who was very good with communications leading up to our arrival. First class service throughout my whole experience with Mono. Thank you so very much, I’ll see you soon for my next op!

Jun 26,2023This whole experience was seamless and beyond incredible. I had a breast lift 2 weeks ago in June 2023 and I'm so impressed with the quality of care. We arrived at the airport to the VIP transfer waiting for us, he carried our bags to the car which had A/C and WiFi. We stayed at the villa which was beautiful. It was so clean and relaxed, they cook two tasty meals a day for us and then we could order what ever we wanted in the evenings. The other people in the villa were so friendly and it was nice to have people to hang out with, we were like a little family by the end. And the 2 healthcare assistants who stay in the villa were great and available 24/7. There is also a huge outlet mall 700m away from the villa which is great for shopping, coffee etc. Our first night we stayed in the basement room which wasn't great as it was a bit mouldy which is my only complaint for the whole trip but we moved upstairs the next day to a beautiful room. Our second day we went to the clinic where I met my patient services specialist Beste. She was incredible and so friendly and kind. She was so happy to help with any questions I had. I was so lucky to have her with me for the whole experience and would reccomend her to everyone. My surgeon was great and answered all my questions during our consultation and put my mind at ease. In the hospital which was so clean and organised, the staff were so professional and friendly and kind. Beste helped me get dressed for surgery when I was struggling and helped me with my blood tests and a lovely nurse held my hand on the way to the operation room. My surgery went off without a hitch. I had no pain after waking up and the staff were so attentive and caring. I was up walking with no problems after 6 hours. After I was released I saw the nurse and my patient services consultant Busem every day. They were incredible, so kind, gentle and reassuring and Busem was so sweet and helpful. They told me how to take care of myself when I got home and Beste got me all my medications and things from the pharmacy for me. Since coming home and changing all my bandages my incisions are looking great and I am so happy with my results. I can't believe the difference in my appearance and its more than I could have hoped for! My clothes are already forming better and I feel like a different person! All in all my trip was fantastic! The price was so reasonable, and we got a little vacation in a villa by the pool with all meals included too. The staff were incredible especially Beste and Busem! Jun 26,2023Over the moon with Mono clinic, everything went so smoothly and me and my daughter got so looked after. Beste was just the best and all the other ladies were just amazing and so friendly. They made the whole experience so easy and comfortable after I was worried for months before hand. I shouldn’t have worried as it was nothing to worry about. I’m so happy with my new wonderful teeth. All the ladies including Busem and I’ve forgotten the other names of the girls and my dentist was wonderful too.

Jun 25,2023Defo worth a visit..The staff are amazing and always helpful my advisor (can) was always available and replys within minutes about any concerns or questions you have. Also wanna say the flight booking was easy and straight forward thanks to karen at mono who done everything for me and made the whole process as easy as possible so 10/10 ..The villa was amazing and met people from all across the globe and the food was to die for...Cant wait to be coming back once my healing has finished and see the final results...Highly recommend

Jun 21,2023My friend had a procedure at Mono, so I helped her during the visit. This is what she thought: "I liked that the first contact with Mono clinic was in my own language. That made things easier, and also made me feel secure. And I had access to her during my entire stay. Arriving in Izmir you have already been assigned a private assistant who speaks English, who helps you with everything. I had Mustafa. He helped both with doctors appointments, but also with day to day questions. I felt very good taken care of and it was nice to know you could contact him about everything. During the stay I also had close relation with Busem at the clinic, who helped with medicine etc and made sure everything was good before, and after, the surgery. She was very professional and made me feel comfortable. Everyone I met at Mono clinic has been super friendly, professional and sweet. Dr Hakan did an excellent job, and it was minimal bruising. I'm very pleased." During a surgery trip you are taken care of from the second you land at the airport to when you leave. And the hotel provided is very nice, with sweet people working there. Also very helpful. I definitely recommend Mono as we only had very good experiences during the trip here. I liked how professional, polite, kind and caring everyone was. Thank you.

Jun 19,2023I recently had arm lift at mono clinic, from the day we got there till we left mono was amazing 🤩 my surgeon Dr Muhammet Eren Ersoz the best in the business he was amazing can’t wait for my next surgery with him the aftercare is outstanding couldn’t of asked for more 😍 the clinic is beautiful so clean all the staff are lovely so welcoming and caring 👍 thank you Busem you were amazing doing my daily checks ! But big huge thank you to Mustafa you went above and beyond for us you made our week in Izmir the best we can’t thank you enough and we have made a friend for life 😊 my overall experience was amazing and I definitely recommend if your getting surgery mono is the one trust me I can’t wait to see my final results after my recovery 💕

Jul 11,2023My experience was 10 out of 10. I went clinic mono for dental treatment (10 implants) bone grapht and sinus lift. I had a lovely man called Can, that took care of me during the process, I was very anxious about the whole experience before meeting Can but he made me feel sooo relaxed ,got me a transfer when I was worried just to speak with the dentist so I can hear first hand what was happening. Very professional,but very very caring young man , everybody at the clinic was fantastic and the doctor that done all my work was amazing , I'm just blown away with how now I am back in London ,England 7 days later like it was all a little holiday away. 10 out of 10 to this clinic And especially CAN . THANKS
