Aug 18,2023I Just come back from Turkey last night , I did my teeth ,zirconium crowns and hair transplant with Monoclinic. I'm very satisfied with results . Everything was amazing , vip transfer from airport, hotel. Very friendly staff at clinic, spot on . Thanks a lot to Can and Mustafa who's help me with everything I need. You are amazing guys , thanks a lot . Definitely recommend.

Aug 17,2023I've just been to Turkey with Mono for tummy tuck and breast reduction and uplift. I would highly recommend Mono to anyone thinking about having surgery abroad. From the moment I paid my deposit to having my treatment I was always on contact with someone for any questions I had. Mono had put my mind at rest and we're with me the whole step of the way. 10/10 for communication, reliability, professionalism and friendly. Thank you Mono for making this experience easier for me. Aug 16,2023What a place! Second time visiting mono clinic and they are faultless. I have had my teeth crowned and an 2 implants fitted. The dentist was amazing and talked me through the whole process as he went. I had no pain throughout and would do it again if I had to. From The minute I got in touch it was all well organised. Bestie was my initial contact on my first visit, she arranged and booked everything and kept me well informed. My patient coordinator was Furkan this time round and he was brilliant, he always kept me up to date with my clinic times and procedures.I wish I had gone for 28 crowns instead of 24 but that’s my own fault. Who knows I may be going back to see them again in the future 😊 Thanks everyone at mono clinic for everything 😀

In search of the best care, I chose to have my surgery at mono Clinic Turkey ,and I am immensely grateful for the incredible support they provided throughout my entire experience. As I made the decision to travel alone for surgery, fear and anxiety naturally accompanied me. However, from the moment I arrived at mono clinic their team went above and beyond to alleviate my fears and provide me with a sense of comfort and security. BESTIE was my patient service specialist displayed an exceptional level of empathy and understanding. Bestie recognized my nervousness and took the time to listen to my concerns. Bestie compassionate approach helped me feel validated and supported throughout the entire process. Bestie patiently addressed all my doubts, ensuring that I had a clear understanding of the procedure and what to expect. Bestie is an amazing lady and is such a huge credit to mono clinic . During my stay, the clinic's staff demonstrated unwavering kindness and attentiveness. From the nurses who checked on me regularly to the doctors who provided thorough explanations at every step, I felt genuinely cared for. They created a warm and welcoming environment, making me feel as if I had a trusted support system by my side. My surgeon Dr Eren Ersoz and his surgical assistant Mazlumoten at mono Clinic are exceptional surgeons are highly skilled and experienced, instilling a sense of confidence in me. They meticulously explained the procedure, outlining the potential risks and benefits, and offered personalized recommendations based on my individual needs. Their professionalism and dedication to patient safety were evident throughout. I trusted him and he delivered excellent results he provided detailed instructions for post-surgery aftercare, ensuring that I had all the necessary information to facilitate a smooth recovery. I’m back home now and I can still message them send pics of my healing and they respond straight away so your not alone even when you get back home . I cannot express enough gratitude for the invaluable support I received at mono Clinic. Their compassionate approach, combined with their expertise, transformed my initial fear into a journey filled with trust and confidence. I highly recommend mono Clinic to anyone considering traveling alone for surgery. They truly understand the unique needs of solo patients and provide exceptional care every step of the way. From the moment I got off the plane I was taken care . I stayed at the villa and wow the lady at the villa who prepared beautiful meals ayse what a beautiful hard work lady she never stopped cleaning even tho the place was spotless ,she wouldn’t allow us wash a cup she really took care of us . Efe also worked at the villa what a pleasant honest hard working person he couldn’t do enough for us all at the villa anything we needed he assisted us, very well spoken very professional and well mannered. I met amazing people in the villa who we’re recovering from operations and also people that were there to support there partners after surgery and I can’t thank them enough for all the help and support mentally and physically and emotionally absolutely amazing how everyone can come together to support each other . I miss them all and have made friends for life thanks to mono . I am two weeks post of my mommy makeover and I feel really good now and I can’t wait to see my final results. And I will definitely recommend a friend to mono and I will be returning to jump in the pool with my new makeover while my friend is recovering 😊

Aug 15,2023If anybody is thinking about getting any surgery/ procedures done Mono is the place to go. Straight away from the first day my carer Can was by my side and did the most amazing job in making sure I felt comfortable and also safe. The dentists were just as amazing and the entire procedure went smoothly and I felt confident I was at the right place the entire time. I would give these guys a 10/10 and will be recommending these to any body I know who wants any future procedures. Aug 12,2023I went to Mono Clinic from Germany for lipo and buttock surgery and I am super happy all round and enjoyed the time. I stayed here with my dog and everyone took care of us From my surgeon Dr. Eren Ersöz who did a great job, the hospital staff and especially my customer coordinator Melisa Yilmaz who was always there for me and solved problems, everything was perfect. In addition, my lips and jewline were done absolutely fantastic afterwards. I can recommend Mono Clinic to everyone! Thanks for the nice work Dr. Eren Ersöz

Aug 10,2023Mono clinic has been very helpful from the initial consult. They are fast and efficient responding to queries. Mustafa was with us during our stay and he was very good in helping us to understand the procedures he explained things thoroughly. As well as that he was there to support us after the surgery and it was nice to have a familiar face throughout the journey. His happy and cheerful personality makes you feel at home. Mono clinic have been great with their services we cannot fault it.

Aug 08,2023I had a great experience at Clinic Mono. The staff were friendly, informative at all times and were professional from start to finish. Nazim was my patient coordinator. He was very helpful and made sure everything was done perfectly at every appointment. Transport from the airport to the hotel to dental practice was always exactly on time. Hotel accommodation was adequate. I am extremely happy with the outcome of my dental crowns. They look better than I expected them to be. Thanks again!

Aug 07,2023Nazim was an excellent host and took care of me very well. Everyone at clinic mono was also very kind and helpful throughout the week. Only thing that lets it down is the people who look after you in the hospital. They are not professional as they should be.

Aug 07,2023It was smooth every step of the way. From airport pick up to my procedure and evaluation. Furkan was extremely patient and helpful with answering my questions (and I had tons of them). Customer service was superb, my procedure (gastric Botox) was painless with zero discomfort afterwards. I went about my day right after.

Jul 31,2023Hair transplant with Mono was definitely fabulous. I stayed at Aftercare Villa and you can't find any better place than this. The hospital and staff were professional. They gave me a brochure which includes every single information I need. Special thanks to my patient coordinator ''Can''. His English was absolutely amazing, I was like talking to one of my family members. It's early for me to talk about the result but I'm extremely happy with the procedure and everything Mono presented. %100 recommended.

Jul 30,2023I am nearly 4 weeks post op and I am extremely happy with the results so far my scars are healing really well, emir was my patient coordinator and he was fantastic from start to Finnish any questions I had if he didn’t know them he would find out and let me know asap. The only thing I struggled with was the beds in the villa after the operation theses would be more beneficial if they were hospital style beds also if there was more options for food at the villa but overall I am very happy Dr Merve ozkaya unsal and her assistant were very professional and helped me make the final decision and did a fantastic job the inductions are perfect. Emir was very kind and supportive and was always checking up on me to see if there was anything he could do to assist I can not fault the whole experience, the staff in the villa were very friendly and welcoming and helped where they can. My opinion is to definitely go with support as at times you may need the help. Would recommend mono to my friends and family.
