May 31,2023I was unhappy with my tummy after having children so started to do some research on tummy tuck. I contacted mono and the communication was excellent before during and after my treatment. Every step was explained to me and I was checked on everyday by doctors and surgeons I had no worries as I had contact with Cemre Durmaz 24hrs of the day via whatapp. She made my journey so much more comfortable, nothing was too much for her, she went above and beyond for me. She’s honestly a star! I am so happy with my results and would recommend this company to anyone. Thankyou so much!

May 31,2023I went to mono clinic for Lipo and BBL. It was a great experience. It was a safe experience, especially because I was travelling alone. There were some complications during my surgery. I had lost a lot of blood, but the nurses at the hospital took really good care of me, and the staff of the hospitals were very gentle and kind And my host Besty was very nice. She helped me through everything. The only reason I’m giving four stars is because I paid separate amount for upper arm Lipo and I wish Dr. would have taken more fat out of my arms because my arms were my most insecurity so now I will have to pay additional money to have my upper arm fat dissolved because I was not happy with my upper arm result Lipo the rest of my Bbl and 360 Lipo for my stomach was great. I highly recommend mono as it’s very safe and clean

May 31,2023I was recommended mono by a friend of a friend and they were amazing from the start. The process was easy right from the online consultation to the treatment itself. The staff were great. I had Emir as my patient consultant for my hair transplant he was great and made sure I fully understood what was going on. For my dental treatment I had Berkay as my patient consultant and again he was too very informative and made sure I was fully aware of the process. I had minimal to zero pain just some minor discomfort from the hair transplant but that was to be expected. The clinic was amazing and I am very pleased with my results and can’t wait to return to have my teeth finished in a few months.

May 31,2023I was very nervous about travelling out to mono for my dental treatments as I hate the dentist. But the treatment and care I received from the members of staff at mono was incredible. Communication was excellent before during and after my stay. Thanks to Ceren for all the anmazing communication. All my transfers were luxury and on time to my appointments and the hotel and airport. A huge thank you to furkan who looked after me the whole trip organising and communicating everything to me. The dentist was incredible and worked miracles with my teeth completely transforming my smile. I am so happy with my new teeth and would recommend this to anyone. The treatment was painless and during the recovery I have had no pain only a little bit of sensitivity which is to be expected. Thank you to everyone

May 31,2023Schöne Erfahrung,super nette Menschen Nicht dass die Klinik nicht in Ordnung war ( ich hab alles bekommen was mir versprechen war) aber meine Bewertung richtet sich an die Personen mit dem ich am meisten in Kontakt war und die für mich ganze Zeit da waren. Also mein Betreuer und Dolmetscher Nazim sowie Busem die sich in Nazims Abwesenheit um mich gekümmert hat. Sehr Verständnisvolle und nette Menschen 😊🥰 Bessere Betreuer könnte man sich nicht wünschen. 10 Sterne für Nazim und Busem

May 24,2023I would love to mention and say a huge thank you to my treatment coordinator Beste!, whom was so helpful and around for me throughout my treatment journey at all hours whilst being so lovely and tentative which is exactly what you need when you are having a treatment abroad, I felt looked after and safe. Also thank you to my surgeon Dr Eren whom was also lovely and my chosen expert for the surgery, himself and the medical team were fantastic and the clinic plus hospital environment was better than I expected in terms of privacy and a professional clinical environment

May 19,2023I was nervous to travel to monoclinic for surgery because I had never done such a thing. However my experience couldn't have been better. My patient advocate Emir took such amazing care of me through the whole process and did everything to put my mind at ease! The surgeon and staff were absolutely excellent! Everyone speaks wonderful English and they are all so supportive and friendly. I will absolutely return to monoclinic in the future. One thing I will suggest for Americans, as I was unaware, use WhatsApp to communicate. It's their primary method of contact and just made everything simpler. Don't be afraid to ask questions! As an American I will say I was impressed with the bedside manner and treatment I received. Never in the US have I ever gotten such thorough and great care.

May 17,2023J'ai eu une intervention pour un lifting des cuisses réalisée par le docteur Eron Eroz . Je suis ravie du résultat qui est à la hauteur des mes attentes. La récupération est rapide et je ne souffre pour ainsi dire pas. Je le remercie autant pour son professionnalisme que pour ses qualités humaines. C'est une personne agréable et bienveillante. Merci aussi à Emir qui est souriante très à l'écoute et aux petits soins. J'ai une entière confiance et je reviendrais les yeux fermés. Je ne peux que recommander.

May 16,2023I'd have sooo much problems with my teeth, they were rotten and their color were so bad, I'd have confidence issues because of my teeth. I saw Mono on Instagram and I decided to go. I had 24 zirconium crowns and I'm so happy with my result, dt. Cagri was amazing and my host Furkan was incredibly helpful during my journey. Thanks to dt. Cagri I can smile now. I'm going to recommend this place to all my friends, thank you MONO <3

May 16,2023Where do I even start with this place ? I visited here from England in October 2020 for an uplift with implants and piercing scar removal. They tried to cancel the villa I had paid for a DAY before I flew out, I kicked off and had them change it back after they dumped me in a hotel the first night. then at 6am on operation day, I had a 5 minute consultation with the surgeon who didn't speak English at all ! I couldn't tell him what I wanted ! but I had paid cash beforehand for an uplift with implants so I hoped someone had told him ! When I woke up an uplift had not been done, instead I had a minor donut lift. This failed a couple of months after the surgery (no surprise), I knew it would which is why I didn't want it!!!!! I contacted a girl at Mono who advised me if I wanted to come back and get it sorted it would be 400 euros. Not great as I'd already PAID for it but better than nothing. Fast forward to now and here I am trying to book it, what a waste of time. You get 5 different people from mono messaging you, each with absolutely no clue about what's going on and pre wrote messages. They don't bother getting back to you at all and are refusing to honor the price the girl mentioned . I have all the screenshots if anyone is interested. So unprofessional, only offer decent treatment to influencers and couldn't care less about real people. Just search them on tiktok to see the truth! ALSO they tried telling me I never paid for an uplift ! I had to tell THEM that they also did scar removal as they wasn't on their surgery notes either so you want to call me a liar ? you didn't even know what surgery had been done. ALSO ! twice now I have wrote a bad review and twice they have messaged me about it. like I would ever go back now? Please do contact me for screenshots and voice recordings from Mono. absolutely shambolic

May 16,2023I underwent a breast reduction and lipo with Mono cosmetics three months ago, I have to say, except from the unfortunate service at the hospital with the rude and dismissive nurses (who are not connected to mono) my experience was divine, especially with my coordinator Emir, Emir made sure me and my friend were well looked after and has still till this day communicated with my surgeon for me on any queries that I have about my operation He was generally very helpful. I had Dr Deniz who operated on me, and I couldn’t have asked for a better surgeon. He listen to me. He understood me. He was honest about my expectations and desires, and he certainly delivered. I am in love with my new body and my breasts. Thank you

May 15,2023Me and my boyfriend went together to have procedures done. From start to finish you have your own personal chaperone that you can contact 24/7 from the moment you land to the day you leave. Transfers are VIP with WiFi, the assistants who look after you speak fluent English as well as Turkish, they are all so lovely. My assistant was Muhammad and my boyfriend's was çan, these two men went above and beyond to look after us. The hospitals we went to looked after us so well. I had gastric sleeve and my boyfriend had a hair transplant, everything is explained to you in detail about your procedure so you know what to expect. The aftercare for us has been excellent. You are invited to monoclinic to collect your meds, it is as beautiful as you see on the photos. Budem is the nicest lady I have ever met, she made us feel so welcome. Oya is also so lovely. Ege is the man who made sure everything went smoothly with our transfers and payments. He has been so so helpful. I would definitely use mono clinic again 10/10

May 15,2023This was my 3rd visit to Mono! This time I had a tummy tuck and finished my dental treatment. Dr Merve, my surgeon, she is really good and I trust her a lot. She really cares about our well-being and she rather be safe than sorry . Dr Cagri, my dentist , is the most patient man in than world ! He knows I’m afraid of dentists , so he did everything slowly and all the time he was reassuring me that it wouldn’t hurt and I that I could trust him . Cemre , my personal assistant! She was my husband assistant in the past, and always helped me a lot, for this reason I asked to have her with me this time . She is not just an assistant, she is more like a big sister who will take good care of you and make sure everything is ok ! Having Cemre makes your journey so much easier and you can be sure you’re in good hands ! Thanks for all the support Cemre ! If you’re going to Mono, now you know who you should ask to be with you ! Ege- my trip coordinator , was always very kind and time response on my queries . He understood my worries on my surgery date and was able to change it accordingly for me !

May 12,2023What can i say, my experiance with mono has been amazing From the cars picking me up at the airport to dropping me off to come home, they picked me up to take me to all appoinments to and from clinic and even if we wanted to go for a bite to eat or shopping, they were running late on a couple of times but still cannot fault their efforts The villa - the villa was very warm and homely, i like a home to home environment and thought it would be better as my partner came with me and having the pool there was something for him to do and also the company of the others staying, we met some amazing people who were staying with us and we will deffinately stay in touch with them, the staff in the villa were 100, the maid, Arya never stops, she does absolutely everything from the minute she starts at 9am until she finishes at 6pm, anything u need she is there for you and doesnt let u do any cleaning of your own, so relaxing, she also done washing for us too and it was done withing a day and back to us. Tugrul and Emri were fantastic, very involved with conversations and keeping us up to date about cars picking us up and also helping us order food, also sourced some football for my partner to watch. 10/10 for both of them. The beds are a little uncomfortable due to the kind of surgery i had, it would be better for them to have hospital beds or electric beds to help patients sleep better The clinic - very friendly, staff were always asking if there was anything they could get you, drinks or snacks etc, the clinic is super clean and smells great, a saturday in the clinic is very busy as its an open clinic to the public for beauty treatments but in all everyone has a seat to sit in and got seen efficiently. My partner decided to get teeth whitening when we were there and again they were fantastic Omet hospital - oh my god, one of the cleanest hospitals i have ever been in. When we arrived we got taken to our room and they were very quick to bring my partner something to eat, the room was amazing, my partner didnt know what to expect but he had his own bed to sleep in and we had our private bathroom. The staff were absolutely fantastic in the hospital, if there english wasnt that good they used google translate to communicate with me and my partner which is, for me such a big thing that they go above to make sure they are getting the information accross to you that you need to know. I never once had to ask for pain relief or medication, they just came in and administered it, they made me get up and walk and looked after my partner when i was in surgery, one nurse for me, i just felt her nature and personality really shon threw and you can tell she really loves her job, i wont forget her. Patient Services, Mustafa - mustafa has the banter we all need before surgery, keeping you calm and cracking some jokes just makes you feel relaxed. He was in touch every day making sure i was ok, letting me know what was happening every step of the way. He personally booked for me to get my nails done after surgery and my partner to have a turkish shave, which is just great for him to go above for us and i would like to thank him for everything. He was going with another patient for surgery and introduced me to Cemre, who would be with me the day of my surgery, Cemre - she was there from entering the hospital to me getting taken down for my surgery to me entering the room after surgery. I felt so comfortble with her by my side, explaining things, talking to the surgeon with me, helping me understand everything and if i could give a 20/10 i will as shes been the best, everytime i seen her after surgery she was very eager to know how i was getting on and checking progress Last but not least - my surgeon, Dr Eren Ersoz, this man has skills. He has exceeded my expectation of what my surgery would be like. He came into my room, spoke with us, we agreed what we were going for, he got me marked up….im not gonna lie but i was worried when he pulled out a spirit level to line me up but honestly its deffo the best way forward, my surgery has been amazing and i got what i wanted, im very tattood and he has even managed to line up my tattoos where my incisions are which is fabulous. The aftercare from him was amazing as well, taking my drains out and keeping me calm and then the last visit taking my steri strips off. Overall i would highly recommend Mono for any surgery. If i ever wanted surgery again i would deffinately return to this team. 10/10

May 31,2023I found mono through Instagram, glad I came, I’ve visited and had 4 implants and I’m looking forward to coming back in August. Everyone is really friendly and welcoming! My host Furkan, really helpful and was with me through everything including at the hospital which made me feel better. Ceren was amazing sorting my dates and travel out, she was really helpful, especially being my first time flying alone, was always available no matter the time. Highly recommend mono!!
