Sep 26,2023I'm after my second visit for dental treatment. I had done implants, sinus lift and bone grafting. I'm very impressed with level of professionalism clinic provided. Accomodation and transport services was a first class. Dentists and surgeons was very friendly and professional. Also patient representative's were great . All of them ( Hazel, Nazim, Ceren, Emir and Busem) were very friendly and helpful. They were always very responsive no matter what time and very supportive at any stage of process. Can't wait to have my final treatment. Highly recommended. 🙂

Sep 21,2023I had a thigh lift from Mono Clinic last week and I am already very pleased with the results. 2 years ago I embarked on a weight loss journey, I had a gastric sleeve also from Mono Clinic, and this year I had no worries about going back with the same clinic to have the loose skin removed. My patient advisor was Emir, he was fantastic. No problem was too big or too small and his English was very good. I would highly recommend Mono clinic and Emir to anyone.

Sep 12,2023I had a recent FDL tummy tuck at Mono clinic. Had such a great experience. My patient liason Can was superb and could not do enough to help. From being picked up from the airport to when I left it was a thoroughly first class service. Cannot recommend Mono enough to anybody who is thinking about surgery.

Sep 10,2023I have just returned home from having quite major surgery on my jaw at clinc mono I was pleasantly surprised at how efficient and fast the first procedure was carried out. I was assigned a patient service specialist called can prior to going out and he contacted me every day to make sure everything was OK and answer any questions. I am going back in about 12 weeks for 2nd part of treatment and will update review.

Sep 04,2023After choosing mono for my breast augmentation, I have to admit I was a little nervous upon arrival but I had absolutely no need to feel nervous about anything. From my constant interaction from Ceren who’s was fabulous at keeping me updated about everything, to being picked up at the airport to being dropped off to leave after my surgery, my whole experience was second to none. Furkan was amazing from start to finish, he even brought me snacks after my surgery. My surgeon Dr Erin and his assistant Mazlum were amazing, they explained everything about my surgery and what to expect and made me feel very much at ease through the entire stay at the hospital. I took my mum with me and they treat her amazingly well too, after my surgery and my return back to my hotel I was visited regularly by the aftercare team Nese and Busem who were also amazing. I would recommend anyone to choose mono clinic for any surgery.

Sep 04,2023the mono clinic was beautiful. the doctor cağlar ertekin was perfect. nazim bey as well, he helped us a lot with everything and made us feel very comfortable with everything. nazim bey got involved with our questions and took enough time to answer our questions in detail. şükran Hanim also accompanied us from the beginning. she only spread positive things. We met and talked a lot. She answered all my questions and took away my fears. she is very loving, has a very positive energy and is just a great person. she still writes to me how i am doing and motivates me. THANK YOU FOR EVERYTHING

Aug 24,2023Everything was professional and well organised, Ceren took care of that. From the arrival at the airport, with the pick-up by taxi and the on-site care at the clinic. With Nazim and Muhammed, I had two excellent interpreters at my side who accompanied me every step of the way.

Aug 24,2023First of all, they let you sign a paper that says you are not allowed to speak negative about mono clinic online. No wonder there are barely negative reviews because they will sue you if you do. I told them i'm not having the surgery if I have to sign that paper, so I didn't have to sign it. Now I can give my HONEST opinion about mono and my surgeon ..... I had a BBL with 360 lipo + double chin + upper back + upper arm lipo. I'm not mad about the BBL, he actually did kind off a good job there. But the liposuction is really bad. I have pockets of fat all over my body that looks really really weird. The fat on my lower belly is taken out, but the fat on my upper belly under my boobs is still there. Well you can imagine how that looks. The fat of my double chin is taken out unevenly, the right side of my chin looks good but the left side still has fat. My upper back looks good in the middle but on the sides close to my armpits there is so much fat left. So, about my bbl. My left cheek looks amazing. But my right cheek has a big lump of fat and he forgot to take out the fat on my hip bone. What he did do on my other hip. So my hips are really uneven and I have a hip dip on the right side which I don't have on the other side. He also did a really bad job around my belly button. I used to have a small cute barely visible belly button but now it's really ugly and sticking out. I just really don't understand how you can perform such a poor job as a surgeon and think its normal that your patient has to pay €6000 for that. Maybe if your patient has a lot of fat I understand that it's difficult to take it all out in once, but I didn't even have that much fat. So it shouldn't be that big of a deal to take out all the fat if you ask me. Anyways, i'm 4 months post op now and mono still doesn't want to do anything or compensate me for the bad surgery. So I booked a consult with a good surgeon in my own country and he is going to fix mono's poor job. My surgery at mono was definitely not worth the €6000 euros 👎

Aug 24,2023I visited mono this week for my second lot of treatment. i had my implants and remaining veneers put in. I had the joy of stopping in the villa on this visit. What a pleasure!!. The staff (who are always around) cannot do enough for us. The villa is spotless and has a lovely pool and loungers,which i took advantage of most days after my treatment. The food (breakfast&lunch) is supplied daily. The cook does an excellent job and is keen to make all the guests happy. I had muhammed again has my host . This guy is brilliant he is there for you constantly. He is a happy and friendly guy who knows his job well and his english to very good, i would definitely recommend him if you are visiting mono .also BESTIE was my co ordinator and she was lovely and helpful. All in all my experience has been a very good one 👍

Aug 23,2023Had bad teeth for about 12 years now and a friend of mine went to Mono and his results were amazing, so I booked in with Mono and I’m glad I did. From the start the communication and organisation was amazing , from the transfers to and from the airport, the transport to and from the clinic and hotel everyday, to booking my accommodation while I was at home and making sure I liked the hotel before I booked.. You get your own after care people to check up on you too for the whole duration you’re there.. I had a great guy called Can.. I came over for a couple of days to have my teeth extracted and he made sure everything was ok with me, painkillers for me if I needed and made sure I had my transport ready for when I was leaving .. Couldn’t have asked for anyone better.. Another shout out to another person from the after care team called Busem.. Always talked to me while I was there and made me feel welcome .. Overall, great place, 2 different hotels in the 2 visits I had and both great hotels, my Dentist and everyone that works there were great and helpful and will definitely be recommending all my friends to go there if they ever need work doing.

Aug 21,2023Everyone at Mono was really helpful and answered all my questions very quickly. I had a gastric sleeve operation done. The surgeon would check the wounds and change the dressing. Our translator Furkan was very helpful and was always available to answer any questions we had!

Sep 27,2023UPDATE 14/02 AVOID, AVOID, AVOID Since having my treatment in September I've had broken crowns, root issues which have now resulted in a once healthy tooth being completely removed! Crowns don't meet at all, gaps developed and mostly all bridges even when individual crowns were meant to be put in and were confirmed in my initial consultation and before I travelled to Turkey resulting in more money being spent to replace multiple crowns at a time. Highly unprofessional clinic and very unprofessional staff the ones i have had contacr with. The treatment I have had is very bad quality and has been shown since I've returned to the UK and been to multiple dentists i very much regret booking with this clinic for work also patient aftercare if you can it that, the person who is the only patient aftercare individual is massively unprofessional only cares about good reviews fpr the business not about patients or the money we've spent. UPDATE 08/10 Since this review all I've had are constant messages from mono staff each not bothered about me or my experience but trying to prove I've lied in some way. Everytime I block I get another person and other messages! If your services were good then you wouldn't feel the need to constantly harass me. My crowns were put in the day before I left to go home, so I won't know if there are any issues or more adjustments needed, I was under the impression they would go in 2 days prior to leaving so they could be adjusted if needed etc. I had a very disorganised visit specially with my 'personal coordinator' who I had never spoken to prior to arriving, I brought up issues and was told we will sort or we will do better or we will talk about it and nothing ever happened infact half the time he wasn't there when I needed. The clinic is like a rolving door and has a continous flow of people, I felt this wasn't great as it looks like they are trying to get in as many people as possible for money but actually don't take the time to really make sure their patients are looked after and given all the information prior and during their stay. In my week with the clinic I heard different prices for same treatments, different information and I myself didn't feel I had all the information to make a good decision until it was to late and the waiting times........WOW hours of waiting for appts on every appt to the clinic. If I had all the information before I wouldn't of gone ahead with this treatment or with this clinic, hardly any honest reviews over the Internet.
