Mar 18,2023Currently here now and I can say the experience has been superb. From the Airport-hotel- Aftercare! I have been seen everyday by Dr Berke and Busem they have checked me over and ask me how I’m feeling. Such helpful and understanding people. I feel well looked after. I came with my baby and my mother! Thank your Clinic Mono. My surgeon was Dr Merve She is absolutely amazing my body looks incredible! I had a tummy tuck, hip dips filled and 360lipo. She brought back my confidence I’m soo happy x thank you again Mono Clinic. Also I want to say a BIG thank you to Ilyas & Tuğçe you are both amazing and very helpful throughout! IIyas was with us throughout the 10days! He communicated with us throughly and made sure we had all the information we needed! He helped me at the hospital before the surgery and after! Amazing service! Tuğçe was amazing she was who I communicated with whilst in the UK After I paid for my deposit. She was very helpful throughout arranged my pick up from the airport and booked my hotel. Damla also thank you soo much! She helped me when I was deciding whether to book with Mono Clinic. I would definitely book with Mono Clinic again and I 100% would recommend the company

Mar 17,2023Reviews are usually not my thing but after the service I received at Mono, I just can’t pass this chance to talk about my experience. Firstly, I had contacted Mono back in October 2022 for my teeth. I needed one extraction, one implant and 24 zirconium crowns. I was advised that it would be a 2 trip treatment as the implant needed time to heal before the crown can be fixed. I gladly accepted and commenced my 1st appointment in November 2022. I was picked up at the airport and was taken straight to the Hilton Hotel. The hotel was really nice, breakfast and dinner was served and the rooms were very clean too. My patient coordinator was Cemre and she made sure all dental appointment were scheduled each day and the transfers arrived on time to take me to the clinic and bring me back to the hotel. Upon finishing my 1st treatment and just before I left the clinic, I thought hmmmmm, maybe I’ll use this opportunity while I’m here and have a face to face get consultation for a possible breast reduction which I’ve always thought of doing but never got round to it. The lovely Miss Oya arranged a consultation with Dr Deniz Yildirim, he explained all that was involved and I left for the UK with more information about breast reduction. While waiting for my 2nd appointment to come, I made up my mind to have the breast reduction at the same time as my dental appointment. Fast forward to March 2023, as already experienced in my 1st trip, I was picked up from the airport, the VIP transfers was on time and there was no waiting about. I was taken to Mono Hotel which was really beautiful. I was met by the lovely Bestse who checked me in with a smile. My room was big, spacious, bright and immaculately clean. If I could give my room more than 5 stars I would. Breakfast and dinner was served. The food was Michelin star restaurant quality and the ambience was really calm. That same night I arrived I was introduced to the Aftercare Drs which was very assuring that I was in safe hands. My patient coordinator was Muhammed, he scheduled all my appointments, arranged my transfers, he was really hands on with me, prompt, he explained the treatment procedures and answered all the questions I asked. Very nice and well spoken man. The night before my appointment, I was so alone with my thoughts which overwhelmed me with fear, anxiety and I wanted to cancel, I literally ran out of my room to get some air and cry out loud outside but then I met Bestse downstairs, she sat down with me and we chatted for hours. We chatted about everything, life, shopping, Izmir etc she literally calmed me down, she told me they had the best Drs and her words made me feel strong to go through with my surgery. God sent her to me, I call her the “Patient Whisperer” she was my therapist and she will forever be in my heart. Thank you Bestse ❤️ Come surgery day, Muhammed came to pick me up from the hotel, I arrived at the hospital, checked in and shortly after, Dr Deniz came in and got me ready for surgery. His hands on my shoulder just before lights out was calming, he was gentle, soft spoken and assured me I will be ok. After the surgery I was well taken care of at the hospital. Next day I was back in the hotel and the aftercare Drs took over my care. They came every single day to change my dressings and advised on my medication. They were phenomenal. I rested that weekend and returned to the clinic for my dental treatments on Monday. I must say my dentist was amazing, he explained the treatment plan and over the following 3 days, I had lovely white teeth. The care he (and his nurse) showed me was amazing. I cannot fault them at all. All I can say is that Mono exceeded my expectations, 5* service from beginning to the end. Muhammed, Bestse ( now my bestie), Aftercare Dr, Busem, Cemre, Oya and all of the Mono ladies….. I love you all 😘 Thank you. Shirley

Mar 16,2023Großartige Erfahrung!! Sükran war mein direkter Ansprechpartnerin, bevor ich die Mono Clinic besuchte. Sie war sehr hilfsbereit und so ein Schatz! Nazim war mein Patientenkoordinator und begleitete mich bei jedem Schritt in der Mono Clinic, von der Organisation des Transports bis hin zur Sicherstellung, dass vor der Operation und während meiner Nachsorge alles perfekt war. Er war immer an meiner Seite, sodass man sich gut aufgehoben füllt und jederzeit schreiben kann wenn man fragen hat. Alle Mitarbeiter und Chirurgen in dieser Klinik haben alles getan, um sicherzustellen, dass ich alles hatte, was ich brauchte, und von meinen Eingriffen genau das bekam, was ich wollte. Wenn Sie darüber nachdenken, in die Mono Clinic zu gehen, werden Sie nicht enttäuscht sein.ich kann es nur weiterempfehlen

Mar 15,2023The clinic made my daughter and me very welcomed they were amazing from day 1 to the last day. Would recommend to anyone. Cemre was amazing very caring and extremely knowledgeable with information she made sure we were ok and if we needed anything she was there, she was always checking up on us to see if we were good and if we needed anything. 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ all around

Mar 14,2023Ich war Anfang Januar in Izmir bei der Monoklinik und habe mir ein Magenbotox machen lassen. Die Mitarbeiter der Klinik sind alle sehr zuvorkommend und nett. Unser Betreuer war Nazim, der Vorort immer für uns da war und betreut hat. Ich habe jetzt nach ca. 2 1/2 Monaten 21Kg verloren, und bin sehr froh den Eingriff gemacht zu haben. Mar 13,2023I attended clinic for my zirconium crowns and some dental implants. Need to attend one more time. My experience with Monoclinic is an amazing. Very special thank to Ceren. She provided me with all information I needed from very beginning. And very special thank to Görkem, my International Patient Service specialist. He was with me during all appointments, answers to all my questions and finds the right words to calm me down. Also special thank you to my dentists and all Monoclinic staff.

Cemre lovely lady who translated every thing & supported me with my surgery & even now I’m back in the Uk still in contact thank you sister ❤️ 100 percent recommended Mono & thank you for making me so happy with my results I’ve been waiting 20 years for 😘

Feb 19,2023I’m sorry but I have to put this review up I’ve been told if I don’t take my other review down or this clinic can sue me . So do it I went to the this clinic 14 months ago to have a very simple bridges done they stated work and 5 mins in the guy got up came back 20min later with 2 other people to tell me sorry we can’t do the work you want me have ti take all your top teeth out . As all your own teeth under your bridges are not strong enough that was rubbish by this point the guy had broken my from bridge so I was now stuck do I go how with 3 front teeth missing or do I let them . Take all my top trout and put in 6 implants I then get told the bill was £3100 is now £7400 I’m a heartbeat away from hurting someone but I stay as carm as I can be one hour later I have know top teeth I get the implants done only to be told you now have to go home for 12 weeks with no teeth apart from some old grandma teeth that you take out at night I do as I’m told 12 weeks later I’m back to this clinic Now wait for it they then make my teeth with the wrong material I paid for zirconium and I get the cheapest rubbish wrong material wrong colour wrong shape .🤬🤬🤬 now I get angry and that’s it I told them get the manager now she comes I tell her what has happened she goes away comes back tells me we are sorry when we changed your treatment somebody put the wrong it down so you have porcelain in your mouth and it’s to late to change it now can you go back home go on your holiday and then come back to mono and we will change it all for you ??? No money off nothing this client is without doubt the worst place to get anything done . I’m now having to go to turkey to have all my teeth done again so as you can tell I’ve not had a good experience this time around

Feb 18,2023To be honest a lot of the staff were extremely amazing even before my arrival my coordinator Ceren was amazing and made everything very simple and well communicated to my Surgeon before my arrival, Muhammed GÜNEL my international patient service specialist was a star, he made my arrival and stay hassle free ❤️( I can’t ask for more),and arriving my hotel I met a lovely receptionist ( Beste)with such a beautiful smile and a warm welcome, she was extremely helpful during my recovery stage. On my first day at the Clinic for documentation and payment I met with Cemre Duran, was another amazing soul and was of so much help in the clinic. My Surgeon Dr Merve u are simply the best, u understood my every detail and did a brilliant work as noted from my day 2 post op result so far( u are a star❤️❤️❤️). Met another brilliant personality in the theatre ( my theatre nurse ) unfortunately am unable to recall ur name but u were amazing and to all the nurses who were in and out of my bedroom post op, making sure am pain free and comfortable. Thanks Monocosmestics for a brilliant experience and once more Dr Merve you rock💃🏻🍾

Feb 17,2023monos customer relations went above to help me get my surgery. i agreed to extend my stay and they chased the airline for me to get the return fight extended, it was cheaper than a new ticket. All staff from mono and the hospital were lovely and a lot of english speakers. the translators Mohammad and mustafam we’re especially helpful.

Mustafa was my patient coordinator and was with me every step of the way at the Mono Clinic from arranging transportation, attending consults, and making sure everything was perfect before surgery and throughout my after care. All of the employees and surgeons in this clinic went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed and got exactly what I wanted out of my procedures. My experience was everything I had hoped for - a result far exceeding my expectations thanks to Dr Ersoz, the amazing Bursem, who coordinated my experience and the fabulous Cemre who was always on hand to help with absolutely everything from the hospital to the hotel, to shopping and sightseeing! I appreciated the doctor, the entire staff in the clinic and everyone that assisted me in one way or the other. I will come back to mono clinic and will refer more people.
