Apr 17,2023My experience at the clinic was amazing, I want to say a big thank you to the Doctor Deniz Yildirim for his skillful hands, Emre, Tugrul, Ayse and Cemre for taking care of me. On the day of arrival, I was met from the airport and brought to the villa, on the day of the operation I had a beautiful girl with me all day Cemre who supported me morally, gave very useful advices, and when I woke up from anesthesia, she was next to me, in the hospital the nurses were very polite and caring. On the second day, after an examination at the clinic, they brought me to the villa, where 3 beautiful good people Emre, Tugrul, Ayse, they took care of me all week. I also want to say thank you to Guldem, who convinced me to have the operation, which I do not regret at all and am very pleased with the result. Thanks to the whole team of Mono Clinic, you are great!

Muhammad my care coordinator is thekindest person always with me hold me hands when I need:) . My boobs I tummy look amazing and I can’t say enough praise for Mono and their staff. After care Villa is perfect place friendly people good food. Good service you will not be disappointed

I love my new nose more and more everyday . My surgeon was Dr Eren Ersöz he knows what he's doing , you can trust him for me he is the best ❤️

Apr 13,2023Just arrived home from Mono Clinic My journey has been unbelievable in every way - from my first point of contact with Can who answered all my questions very quickly, always tried to put my mind at ease, arranged a video call with my surgeon, - he was fab- to Ceren who arranged all accommodation and transfers- she was also amazing and quick to answer any questions and keep the process calm for me - then our host Furkan - just the loveliest man ever- was with us throughout our stay - going above and beyond to help keep us at ease - nothing was too much for him - and then onto my AMAZING surgeon DR MERVE - this woman has changed my life - she performed 360 lipo,extended tummy tuck and breast implants-I’m already thrilled with my results and only been 6 days - absolutely incredible and talented surgeon - highly recommend - if I ever come back I will only have her - MONO CLINIC you have given me a new life and I wish you all the best of luck for your future success xxx

Apr 12,2023Mono have been brilliant from start to finish. Been treated amazingly throughout by all staff. Muhammad my patient coordinator was brilliant, always with me through procedures always explaining everything and put me at ease as I was very nervous. My surgeon was amazing and discussed what results I hoped for and realistically what he could achieve. I stayed at the villa with my daughter which I would highly recommend doing as the staff are incredibly helpful. Overall an excellent 5* service and I’d definitely use them again. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★

Apr 10,2023Come back from mono clinic yesterday! I had my surgery Monday last week. And I had a lovely experience. I had breast reduction/uplift lipo and Tummy tuck and I’m so happy with my results so far. Mustafa was an absolute diamond with me and my friends the entire week! Whenever we needed anything he was there at all times. Nothing was ever too much for him. I’m going to miss him so much!! Definitely recommend mono clinic, I had dr merve as my surgeon and I am over the moon with my results 🙂

Apr 08,2023Sehr professionell und sehr freundlich. Ich hatte Magenschlauch OP und das war die beste Entscheidung meines lebens. Mit Sukrun habe ich schon die nächsten Schritte besprochen wie Bauch-Brust und Augeliederstraffung. Ich wurde beraten und freue mich. Es ist eine Lebensqualität und wie ich es gern nenne ,,Neues Leben''. Mir wurde die Mono Klinik empfohlen und ich kann die Klinik mit ruhigen Gewissen weiter empfehlen. Vielen Dank für alles :)

Apr 06,2023I decided to go for a gastric sleeve with mono because I’ve been researching them for about 3 years and after following their social media, and seeing their amazing results and hearing the patients testimonies I could see that this was the best place to come. I personally feel like I made the right choice and I couldn’t be more happy with the service that was given to me while under mono’s care. My medical coordinator Mustafa was with me all the way from beginning to end and even after I flew back home, was still in contact checking in on me. It goes to show how much they care about their patients and that they don’t just leave you for dead once you’re out of the country :). If you guys ever plan on going to mono, I’m sure you wouldn’t regret it, and if you want to laugh, and feel comfortable even when you’re in pain, have the best translator, someone who shows selflessness, have someone there every step of the way, then please ask for Mustafa.

Mono made this experience for me AMAZING!!!! ✨ I only say it how it is and I cannot express enough how ‘at home’ and sooooo pleased with the entire experience and results I am!! 🤍 My personal Assistant, CEMRE, is such a friendly and welcoming soul who I had the absolute privilege of being guided by! 🫶🏽 She is so down to earth, funny and just makes sure her patients have the utmost BEST experience ever! My surgeon, DR MERVE, is absolutely INCREDIBLE!! She went above and beyond on my surgery and gave me exactly what I asked for AND MORE!! 😍 She is so understanding and makes sure that her patients are kept safe and healthy at every part of your trip to Mono Clinic! Finally, my check up doctors were just as fabulous! So friendly and helpful and were there everyday making sure you’re healing well and progressing every day!! 🥰 I cannot thank Mono enough!! The entire team is INSANELY TALENTED!!!! 🥳🥳🥳 All the facilities are super clean and very modern, so this made me feel even more confident and excited and comfortable! ✨ I LOVE YOU MONO!!!! 🤍🤍

Apr 04,2023I went to the Clinic Mono in February to get liposuction. It was my first trip alone and I was very nervous. As soon as I arrived at the hotel I was greeted warmly by the receptionist and sent to a nice and very clean room. Before my trip started Cemre, my personal representative, contacted me and she do so as soon as I arrived as well. After my first meeting with her I was so much calmer. She explained what to expect, arranged all my transportation, and answered all my questions. If I needed anything she was always there. She is such a genuine and caring person. She made my stay so much much more comfortable and was by my side during the entire time. I am genuinely going to miss her. I was also so happy with my interaction with Busem. She would come to the hotel with the doctor for daily check-ups. She was so professional and kind and she always had a big smile in her face. One day I was at the clinic and she was very busy, but she made time to come over to ask me how I was doing and if I needed anything. Cemre and Busem were a pleasure be be around and I won’t forgot how much their kindness meant to me. I can honestly say that I would definitely recommend the Clinic Mono. I’m very happy with my surgeon, the hotel, and the care I received in addition to the great customer service.

Apr 03,2023I travelled to Izmir for a rhinoplasty in February. The hotel was super clean and the staff very helpful and accommodating (especially as we travelled with my baby) the after care doctor at the hotel was very helpful too. ilyas was always available on WhatsApp to help with any queries I had, even a long time after the surgery if I message he gets straight back to me. I was quite anxious before the surgery and he certainly helped, and I had some questions after I got home and he spoke to the surgeon for me. I’m delighted with my new nose now it is settled, the surgeon dr eren is an artist! The hospital was superb, super clean and quiet and staff were lovely. Overall a wonderful service provided, would definitely recommend.

Mar 31,2023I travelled to Izmir 2 weeks ago to go to Mono Clinic for Dental work. I'd been speaking with the staff there for a number of months before my journey, who were all really helpful. When I arrived, as arranged the transfer was at the airport waiting to take me to my hotel. Whilst there, my medical rep was Ilyas. He was fab. Very helpful, very kind and was ready to answer any questions or sort any issues I had along the way. He was with me every step of the process and was very friendly and reassuring. Along with Ilyas, there was a lovely lady at the clinic called Busem, who was also really helpful. Honestly, neither of them could do enough,they were brilliant. I absolutely recommend going to Mono Clinic and I would certainly return should I want any other procedures done. I'm delighted with my new smile and have been using it frequently!!

Mar 30,2023I travelled to Mono Clinic to have breast augmentation, and upon arriving the experience was overall amazing! The transfers to and from the airport were simple and easy, and they even had wifi onboard and somewhere to charge my phone which was great as mine was about to die! I was picked up by Ilyas on my first day to take me to have my surgery. I was really nervous when I arrived at the hospital as I had travelled alone and had never had surgery before, and I have a massive phobia of needles… Ilyas was really helpful and patient with me and made the experience much easier. My surgeon Dr. Eren Ersöz was amazing, and knew exactly what I wanted. After care was regular in the hospital and the nurses and doctors were lovely. I was discharged a day later and transferred back to my hotel. I was visited every day by doctors from the clinic to check everything was healing right and answer any questions or concerns I had. They were both helpful and friendly, especially Busem who I think knew I was nervous about my drains being taken out and even held me hand whilst they did so reassuring me there was nothing to worry about :). The day before I was due to fly home, I was taken to the clinic for one final check up with the surgeon, and again, the experience was amazing and everyone was so welcoming. Overall I can’t rate my experience enough and I will 100% return at some point in the future if I want any more procedures. I would like to give a massive thank you to Ilyas, Busem, my surgeon Dr. Ersöz and the rest of the staff at MonoClinic. I am so happy with my results 😊!

Apr 17,2023This is my second surgery with mono clinic, as with any surgery it’s incredibly daunting, especially travelling abroad and putting your life in the hands of a stranger. I immediately felt reassured knowing my patient liaison was Cemre, a friendly face from last year. Cemre picked me up at 4am to go to the hospital for surgery. My surgeon, dr Deniz was amazing. I didn’t have an atypical shape for a BBL so he did an incredible amount of work sculpting my back in order to give me a more desirable shape and a new bum. The surgery went as well as could be expected. As I was unhappy with my original hotel, Cemre had gone over and above to put me in the same hotel as last year where I felt more comfortable. The aftercare team and Cemre then made sure I was comfortable and looked after for the rest of my time at mono. Dr Deniz not only gave me an amazing new shape, but filled my lips beautifully too whilst I was there. I came to turkey unhappy with my body and left not only with a beautiful new figure, but with a family I will never forget. I would also like to thank Mustafa for taking care of me when I wasn’t feeling good, also a friendly face from last year- he also deserves special credit. Cemre will always have a place in my heart as my special Turkish sister, I will be returning to mono for my surgery again but also to Izmir just to see my sister. Thank you Cemre, thank you mono.
