Dec 28,2022The staff of Mono Clinic went above and beyond at all times to ensure my stay and treatment/ procedure went as smoothly as possible, nothing was too much trouble. Dr. Deniz Yildrim was my consultant/surgeon, very approachable, very professional, friendly and a perfectionist - thank you so much for my new figure (much appreciated). Pelin was my international patient service specialist, very friendly, approachable and my voice when I needed translator. She ensured I was happy with my stay which included accommodation and transport. She ensured up to date information was relaid promptly pre and post procedure. I must say you are beautiful and good at your job. Mustafa was readily available to assist, always very cheerful, helpful and very friendly. He was very kind to pick me up from the hospital to the Villa a day after the procedure, he is good at his job, reassuring me and kept me smiling/laughing throughout the journey. To all the doctors, nurses and Mono Clinic staff that I had contact with you are brilliant - thank you all. Please choose Mono Clinic and you will never regret it.

Dec 27,2022Everyone was lovely, from the moment I landed to the moment we boarded, the hotel we stayed at was their own, it was intimate and comfortable, the staff were wonderful a beautiful country with even more beautiful people and culture a few names id like to mention are Ahmed (chef), beste, yildiz (receptionist's) from the mono hotel, my international patient service specialist was a wonderful man named Muhammed, a charming funny man who was there for anything I needed matter the time, I cannot stress enough how easy it is to talk to someone if you need anything, there cars were comfortable, after the surgery the drivers were mindful so they drove slowly not to cause discomfort, a few peoples name I'd like to mention a few names from the clinic itself, surgeon was merve ozkaya Ünsal Gp was Büşra yakupoglu Patient relations are busem gundogdu. To all the staff and everyone involved in this, I thank you all sincerely

Dec 26,2022I don't know where to start. First of all the hotel that I stayed in is newly built. I was fascinated by how modern the hotel looks. I absolutely loved all the staff in the hotel and in the clinic. Staff are loving and caring. They have became like a family to me, they are absolutely sweethearts. Breakfast and dinner are included with your hotel stay. There is outside sitting , the most amazing place to have your meals. The transfer from the airport, from the hotel to the clinic, and l vice versa and drop off to the airport are exceptional experience. The vehicles are very luxurious. I came from Sydney Australia ans I trust the medical team here in izmir more than Australia. Everything was very well organised, from pick-up, treatment and payment. I had the most amazing experience with MonoClinic and I will be back in April 2023. I did teeth treatment. I have seen many patients with final results with their teeth and I was just wowed by the results. Choose Mono and you will not regret it, trust me. Special thanks to Ceren for organising transfer for and the hotel. High standard of communication. I have been in communication with Ceren for so many months. I was picked up from the airport, but the driver was late, I was able to contact Ceren, and she responded promptly. The driver was there in 5 minutes. For drop off , the driver was on time. Also Special thanks for Mustafa who looked after me with clinic appointment. Mustafa became like my best friend. He provided with a letter to my employer so, I can take sick leave (paid) so I can return in April 2023 to continue my treatment. Thank you Ceren and Mustafa for looking after me so well.

Dec 25,2022I had a hair transplant with clinic mono my experience was very pleasant all the staff at the clinic and hotel as well as Emir were professional and very supportive kind and nurturing at the time of my transplant experience some pain from the injections of anaesthesia but once after finished with anastasia was painless my hair transplant lasted 9 hours

Dec 24,2022I have Wonderful experience with monoclinic wonderful surgeon, and the staff was always helpful and kind. They ensured I had a smooth prep, surgery, and follow-up. I am so glad I chose mono clinic .Emir was my patient representative. Great Social Worker, friendly approach with smiling face I come alone for my sugery but he provide the best care for me he make sure I was always update with my appointment and all information I need to know about my operation is the most greatest person. And I love my results so far would highly recommend to everyone

Dec 24,2022The staff at clinic and hospital were very accommodating and friendly. The after care was 100%. Overall the whole stay and experience was comfortable and I would definitely be using them again in future. Mustafa and busem have been so friendly and always in high spirits ( wish I could have taken them back to UK with me). I have used inics in Istanbul in the past, but this has so far been the best experience.

Dec 20,2022Recently had my GSS from Mono, my experience has been great as everyone I came across was very kind and helpful, I’ve had Mustafa as my PC he’s been very helpful to me, talked me through the whole procedure and was available whenever I needed him. even after my surgery was done I was able to remain in touch with the dietitian and surgeon in case of any questions I had, my experience was great overall.

Dec 19,2022From the first time i was introduced till the time i went in for the surgery! Excellent service 👏 👍. There was someone waiting for me at the Airport, Mustafa took over and instantly became like a long time trusted friend. Was with me every step of the way, the hospital stay and finally the villa, too fine answering all questions. Had no fears when i went into surgery because all questions were answered by Mustafa and Cam of Mono ... my surgeon is super great 👌 I have started recommending Mono to all my friends thanks to Mustafa.. I will certainly be back after loosing all the weight.

Thank you so much to the doctor, his inner calmness and smile were very relaxing and made me feel like I was in capable and reliable hands. Very beautiful teeth I have now, I am very happy with the result. Special thanks to the endodontist for the high quality nerve removal, unfortunately this was not my first time having a nerve removed and I was already expecting to be in pain for a week afterwards, but I still felt no pain after the anaesthesia had passed. My gums were also cut very nicely, just the way I wanted them to be. I didn't feel any pain, just admiring the beauty. And thank you so much Muhammad for always being there for me.

Dec 13,2022I came over for a week with my partner and children. They took care of all our needs and nothing was too much trouble! Mustafa was amazing and helped me with anything I asked! The Mono hotel was stunning and the food was lovely. My teeth (crowns) look even better than I ever imagined. My dentist was very friendly and put me at ease when I was feeling nervous. I would definitely recommend mono clinic!

I love the people here very kind and everything was like home for me …my doctor Eren i don’t have words for how careful and how kind was to me and he did for me the nicest 👃 in the world🥹love it 😍😍😍 Nazim was very very close to me and was taking care of me every day and i am thankful to him for what he did … Thanks again Monoclinik every one:Eren Ersöz doctor, Nazim , şükran, Buşra …Big hugs 🫂 and big likes i will come again visit ,if i will think have maybe another operation i will do at monoclinik. thank you again 🙏🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰

Dec 11,2022The surgeries and staff were great and I would recommend to anyone wanting hair or dental surgery. However the scheduling was completely off and for that reason alone I would recommend staying at least 2-3 weeks for the recovery process and for any lingering questions you may have after the surgeries. I also did not appreciate the lies that were told to me from the beginning about where I would be staying. They will tell you will be staying at the Marriott , Wyndham, Sheraton, or Hilton when they will have you in their on personal clinic which will have problems with the AC and WiFi continuously. The hotel staff however was very pleasant. My experience was made by personal care taker Emir. He is bomb af and I would recommend him to anyone 10/10. Busem, Pelin, and the male receptionist from the hotel. These individuals made my stay so much better than it would’ve been had they not been there.

Dec 11,2022I would like to give my review, the planning and preparation before me traveling for my procedure went smoothly thanks to Ceren the patient coordinator she was there anytime. Its now been 5 weeks post my lipoabdominoplasty! I am very happy with the results!! The first week was the toughest but actually not as bad as I had thought it would be! I am still in contact with my patient coordinator Busem she has been a star from day one me going alone she really was a darling and there for me!! And shout out my surgeon Dr Deniz Yildrim you worked miracles on me you did an amazing job!! I am glad I went ahead with my procedure and would recommend anyone considering cosmetic surgery to go through Mono Cosmetics in Izmir, Turkey! They brought back my confidence after 12 years of having 2 kids and 2 c sections!! 😁😁 XOX

Dec 07,2022Zirconia Crowns Experience; I came to get my teeth done after many years. The whole experience at first was brilliant, I would have definitely recommended Clinic Mono. HOWEVER, that all changed once I got home. I soon realised I had an issue with gaps known as leakage on my left side of my mouth. I contacted Mono who told me it was natural and the issue would go by itself, it needed more time, I did everything they asked. In the end I went to 2 dentists in the UK, my NHS dentist and a Turkish dentist who has an aftercare clinic in the UK for patients he has treated in Turkey. Both advised I needed to go back as the work performed was a very poor standard. My bite was well off on the left hand side and I had loads of gaps top and bottom that should not be there. I struggled to get Mono clinic to let me come back, but in the end I insisted I was coming. I had to pay for my own flight and hotel for the stay of 5 nights, they told me my dental fix would be free. When I got to the clinic they assesed my teeth and said yes there are gaps they completely removed the top left side crowns and did a recast, they repaired the bottom with filler. Before the repair they tried to say my crowns had moved because of my wisdom tooth pushing on them because it did grow inward. The aftercare person tried to extort money from by advising me I needed to have 2 extractions for £300 or I would have no fix after telling me it was free. I spoke to my own dentist whilst not at the clinic and was advised my wisdom tooth has been like this for years and has xrays to prove it. It has never been an issue, I was advised not to go through with the extractions because it was not required. When I first got the treatment it was for 20 crowns, but once I got there they said I needed 23 crowns for more money. At the time I agreed, it ended up being 22 crowns in the end. After talking to both the UK based dentists I was advised the 2 additional crowns was never required in the first place. My wisdom tooth was behind one of these crowns that never needed to be done in the first place. My bottom crowns was a mess and had nothing to do with this wisdom tooth issue however, Clinic Mono tried to extort money from me saying if I don't pay £300 for the extractions I would not get any treatment procdure. I could not believe it.. I told him I had no more money because I never, even if I did I would not have paid. I wanted a refund for my financial losses, this was due to the flight and hotel money I had to spend to get the issue fixed not of my own making. He said these are unfortunate unforseen issues and do not refund for this. I asked did they still have the xrays from my first visit when my crowns was done? They did and it shown my wisdom tooth was the same the first time round, so I put to him why did I not need these extractions on my first visit but all of sudden, I do now? I got no answer, I also put to him why did you do the back tooth next to my crown on one side but not the other side? That second question was advised by my dentist, again I got no answer. All the isues I have had related to the treament provided by Clinic Mono. DO NOT GO WITH THESE BUNCH OF COWBOYS. I have asked for a refund for my costs for the second trip and after a struggle I got my teeth fixed to how they should have been in the first place. Like many I'm now getting ignored on my messages, The sad thing is I've gave them every oppertunituy to resolve the matter, I just wanted my costs refunded but now I'm in the process of a law suite for medical malpractice, extortion and financial losses. GO WITH CLINIC MONO AT YOUR OWN PERIL.

Dec 04,2022Everything went as planned. Saw my name on the board as soon as I got out of the airport. Got dropped at the airport and informed of next. Got picked up promptly to the hospital all test done. Mustapha picked us up at the hotel to the hospital and he was very good in explaining and taking us to where we needed to be.
