Jun 21,2024I contacted Coles Miller Solicitors about a deed of variation for the ground rent of my Taylor Wimpy property, after a Google search of what companies to use. Nick Leedham was very knowledgeable and made the whole process seemless and stress free, despite the hurdles we had to jump through, throughout the lengthy process. To top it off, his communication was brilliant. Thanks Nick!

Jun 20,2024I used Cole’s Miller as my solisitor’s for my divorce. At the end of the proceedings I am sad to say that I feel let down by my experience. At one point I had to chase my solicitor to check on documentation of Finical proceedings only to find out that it was completed a month prior by the court. The Solisitor hadn’t been checking. They then decided to bill me for the email exchange (£28 per email) of me chasing. Additionally what’s also made this more of a kick in the teeth they decided to notifying me that they had increased their prices on the 1st of May in an invoice on the 6th of June. I had not been notified via written letter or email correspondence. Very disappointing end…

This is something I had planned to do for a long time but had put off as I was worried that this would involve a lot of challenging and complex paperwork? However I needn't have worried as Holly, the solicitor appointed by Coles Miller at the Bournemouth branch, made the whole process of drawing up my Will, Stress free and seamless, in fact everyone that was involved with putting all the necessary paperwork together were absolutely brilliant! May 31,2024Requested a quotation for conveyancing fees, chased up the following week and gave details again. Chased again 3 days later only to be told they would not be taking on any new business at this time. Would have thought that somebody could have contacted me at the beginning to inform me this was the case rather than leaving me to chase again and waste time. Very unprofessional, maybe I’ve dodged a bullet after reading some of the other reviews on here.

May 18,2024Conveyancing service OK-ish, started well but then the solicitor missed a key point during document review that I previously highlighted as needing careful attention, which was deeply disappointing. Difficult to get hold of anyone as phone lines tend to be busy and there was a week where they moved premises so no-one was contactable and I did not know about this.
