She responds to communications and is reachable by email, or scheduling a phone conference with her. She is a wonderful person to work with. After years of work experience with individuals at all levels of an organization, I have found despite the elevated title and outstanding “credentials”, there are many “professionals” out there in leadership positions that do not respond to emails and other communications, do not honor commitments, are simply unreachable at crucial times, and cannot be counted on to fulfill their responsibilities. This makes dealing with someone for an extended period of time that is responsive, reachable, and follows up on everything very refreshing. She is also honest about potential outcomes in certain complicated situations. I for one, appreciate candor and realism. It can be both insulting and dishonest for someone to make a promise they know they will be unable to deliver on. I found Sarah to be candid, honest, and open. Finally, I also found Sarah to be very caring and conscientious. Many professionals in all fields, give the impression that they are not at all personally invested in the successful outcome of the case they are handling because they do not view the client as anything more than a file no. However, successful professionals are invested in the successful resolution as they see their clients as individuals with hearts and souls rather than a file number. Oct 09,2018Community Tax took over our Case with the IRS in February of 2018. The debt was around $20,0000 and by September we sett with the IRS for $1600.00. They were effective and it didn't take all year!
