Oct 06,2018The process took a little longer than I expected however I am relieved that we finally were approved for a payment plan. There were a few instances I ibecame a little frustrated when I would call with a question and did not receive consistent answers. Over the years I have started a tax resolution with about 4 other tax firms and ended up losing out for one reason or the other. Overall I am pleased with Community Tax !

Sep 30,2018I regret having signed up for this service. Anytime you call with a concern you get ping ponged on to someone new. Anyone who has to use this service is not at all knowledgeable in these matters. The crocks who beat the system manouver through perfectly, but an old ignorant pensioner who has made a grave mistake by helping her children payoff student loans doesn’t. And so after being enticed and promised all kind of help, and documents signed. You are on your own. Their payment system is also horrendous. I would recommend you get yourself a decent CPA and fix the problem. These guys are out to get the rest of you hard earned cash.

Sep 29,2018If you have an issue with the IRS, I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND calling, Community Tax. They are SPECTACULAR! Make sure you ask for Attorney Daniel Urban he is AMAZING in every sense. What others wouldn't and couldn't do Community Tax did. They resolved my tax issue where I came out on top. I cannot thank them enough for what they did for me.

Sep 28,2018Communication with everyone's case needs more attention to detail many errors were made on my case and lack of correct information held for reference was lost at times. But over all the companies performance upheld its promise and resolved my case I would refer them but stay on top of your records and communication details not to get lost in the shuffle with all the hands in the PIE Or fire going on with your case. A word of advise?

All I saw was jail time like I saw in a newspaper when this Police Commissioner was arrested for Tax evasion. So I decided to take action on my part & save my self & protect myself by contacting Community Tax & let them help me, in which they did.

Aug 16,2018I recommend Community Tax. They lead me step by step through a $280.000.00 settlement with the IRS. I settled for a sum of $6.500. They also helped me prepare my taxes at the end of the year. Great Company.

Jun 15,2018Speaking from the heart I want to commend & recommend an excellent company in Community Tax from Chicago Illinois. My story is quite lengthy, so I will give you the paraphrased version. I reentered society in 2013 after 12 years of poor choices, and irresponsible living. I would not have been able to make this transition without Community Tax. Being broken, and facing numerous consequences of my past, my tax consequences is one area that required lots of help. It was a 3-year process that recently finally came to an agreeable conclusion. Community Tax was on the case from the beginning, protecting me, standing in the gap with my power of attorney, and informing me along the way. The communications with their clients is excellent, easy to reach and quick to respond. It was obvious I would stand accountable, but Community made the process much easy and achieved the best results for myself. Their strategies ended up saving me over 200,000 dollars, I’m so grateful to have them on my side. I want to acknowledge Mr. Erik Sirk for his hard work, dedication, and effective leadership. I can’t think of another or smarter person that I’d rather have handling my case. He is also friendly and very personable and takes his job serious. He does have a very deep voice too.
