Apr 15,2018Even though my case slipped through a few customer service moments,initially, once it was brought to Daniel Urban's attention, it was obvious to me that I was dealing with a highly trained professional. He quickly assessed my concerns, and immediately transitioned my uncertainties into highly satisfied resolutions. Within moments of speaking with Daniel, my unique and complicated case was easily remedied after his poinient question he asked me directly, " what is it that you want to happen with your case?". Within a few minutes I was thanking him for his honesty and professionalism, and thanked him for alleviating my worries from interacting with the I R S . I went away feeling confident that I had made the right decision and now would gladly recommend them to anybody with IRS tax debt problems in the future.

Jan 05,2018Choosing Community Tax to help me with my tax situation had been the best decision ever! I owed over 9 YEARS of unresolved taxes. Imagine the stress I carried around: receiving IRS and State letters, getting liens filed on me, not knowing how to resolve payment of back taxes, etc… Community Tax immediately went to work on my case. They got me up-to-date on my filings, took over communication with the IRS and we’re now approaching the offer and compromise stage. STRESS RELIEF are the words that come to mind – from day 1 of engaging Community Tax. They’re such an amazing team. I can always call and get ahold of someone. They're very responsive to all my questions and also addressing any new situations that arise. Example, I had a recent issue with EDD which I explained to Daniel Urban and he took immediate action to resolve it, so very impressed. I can't say enough good things about this company.
