Apr 15,2023After considerable due diligence I selected Community Tax to help reach a resolution with the IRS in a relatively large matter. They reached a completely satisfactory agreement. We have been very satisfied with their level of service, their expertise, and their communication. They kept in touch and reported back to us regularly without prompting. The matter is now resolved. Our thanks to Demetria White and the others on our assigned team. It is such a pleasure these days to deal with people who do what they say they will do. Highest possible rating.

Mar 01,2023What portion of the $618 monthly payment to you goes to IRS balance due? I suspect none of it so why shouldn't I just establish an IRS monthly payment agreement directly with them. P and I continue to run.

This teamed help me navigate the complex settlement with the IRS and help release multiple levies in the various productions I work on. They helped me to prevent garnishments and having liens filed against me. They were courteous, patient and very helpful and I just want to thank them for making a very stressful situation go away. Dec 07,2022STAY AWAY! This company is horrible. I've paid them exactly $5,006.50 so far. I still have a few more payments left and all I got was 2 years of tax returns done INCORRECTLY (currently paying a CPA to re-do and re-file for me) and a lousy settlement offer that would take $2,000 off my tax debt. REALLY?! I could have signed up for installments and saved myself $3,000 plus the amount I'm paying a CPA to file my taxes correctly. This has been over a year long process and my case manager has changed a couple of time. The current case manager never returns phone calls or emails. I call the main line and ask to talk to the supervisor of my case and get denied. They tell me my case manager will call me tomorrow. This company is PREYING on good people in bad situations. I have NEVER felt so preyed upon as I do now by Community Tax.

Nov 22,2022I wouldn't trust the reviews that are listed at all! I used community tax via referral from a friend who was also using them. All they did for me when I was over $3,000 into them was send the power of attorney over to the state for my back taxes and never contacted them again until the tax Levy on my bank account was reinstated!!. They (CT) gave me a refund. The friend who referred me to them, also in NY is experiencing the same thing. Both of us had the levees on our bank accounts put back on and they were supposed to take care of that. Also keep in mind they record people's phone calls which is completely illegal without two-party consent in the state of Florida. I highly recommend not using them

May 31,2023son unos verdaderos estafadores , no tires tu dinero usando su servicio ami supuestamente me iban ayudar con las declaraciones de 6 años y buscar la manera de reducir lo mas posible mi deuda y negociar pagos bajos para mi balance y no fue asi , hicieron qe se me sumara una cuanta muy grande con el irs y pagos super altos que yo no puedo realizar mes con mes y decidi buscar informacion en otros sitos y ellos me albirtieron sobre ellos son supuestos estafadores legales que solo te envuelven en deudas gigantes , tambien decidi llamar directamente al irs y preguntar el balance y nada que ver con el que community tax negocio con irs y dstoy preocupado por que acepte dar informacion de mi banco para pagos automaticos
