Jul 12,2023Community Tax Relief out of Chicago is a scam and not worth any money you pay them. All the company representatives I interacted with purposely withhold information and not truthful. My same financial situation with the IRS did not change. I would never recommend them to any future customer. A waste of $3,000.00.

Jun 21,2023I contacted Community Tax and spoke with Alan Eley. I asked him specific questions regarding my issue with the IRS and he seem knowledgeable. He told me he can provide me with definitive and real answers within 2 days once he contact the IRS. The cost would be $500. of which includes a proposal of how his company would help me get resolution with the IRS. I agreed and the money was collected. Three days later I spoke with Alan. He provided me with a few new information I wasn’t aware of and gave me a time line and cost of what they would charge to assist me in dealing with the IRS. The cost was between 15-18 thousand dollars (can’t remember exactly) I told him absolutely no way! He suggested spreading it across several months and I again said I can’t afford that. He told me he needed to speak with the department that handles that area and would get back to me. What he did was run a credit check on me without my permission and now my credit score dropped by 2 points. My bank alerted me and I spoke with Alan. He couldn’t deny and said he would start the process to have the inquiry removed. That was on 04/28/23. On 05/02/23 I text him asking has it been done and he responded yes but it takes time. I contacted all 3 bureaus and nothing was sent. I ask that he provide me with what was sent and all communication stop. I’ve text and called several times but no response. Please don’t use this company. They are shady and not trustworthy!!

Jun 19,2023I never swa a company very rude like you who cares what you feel done come to me and ask me to buy new phone there things call email ok you can send email and when am at work I can’t answer my phone so if you really care about customer service you need to work hard for that trust me And again Andrew he disrespect me first for no reason and you come to me and see that Who cares about you and your company very bad customer service you lose not me there many companies can take care and know how they can communicate Fell sorry for you and your company bad and and

No tengo ningún tipo de queja, si buscas resolver un caso de impuestos, ellos son los indicados para el trabajo el precio por sus servicios es buenísimo y ellos te explican paso por paso todo el proceso si tienes preguntas o dudas ellos siempre están ahi para responderlas y despejarlas el personal es amable y si no pueden atenderte en ese momento puedes hacer citas por teléfono y ellos te llaman Sin duda alguna seguiré confiando en ellos para seguir pagando mis impuestos.
