Sep 20,2023DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! TIRED TO SCAM ME!!! They called me repeatedly trying to get me to pay them $20,000.00 once they checked to see how much money I made claiming/lying that I owed the IRS money cause I had not filed in a few years. A COMPLETE LIE! After I contacted the IRS myself, and double call confirmed, I owed the IRS zero dollars!!! Stay away!!

Sep 09,2023I'm so glad I made the choice to have community tax help me out and not do this process on my own. I owed 7 years of returns. While it took nearly a year, they were on top of it all the time (even if I wasn't) and kept me informed of my options. I highly recommend their services.

Sep 06,2023Had some issues over the years with employment and some other personal matters resulting in years of unfiled taxes. I was sure that I would owe about 25K once filed. The fee sounded costly initially but now looking back after everything has been resolved with the IRS - the value is undeniable. Thanks Beatriz for being on top of everything. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone.

Aug 24,2023From over charging to just file taxes, to avoiding my many attempts to reach someone (Carmen Naj), unprofessionalism at every level. They failed to notify me of debt owed or negotiate a settlement and expected me to pay 6500 for their lackluster services. Today (08/2323) I received a bill from the IRS for 31K and community tax filed late to top it off and didn't notify me of the debt. please beware of them, they will say anything when you finally get ahold of someone. UPDATE: Community Tax continues to fail at every level. This company filed 5 years of taxes without out reaching out to me and filing them as they saw fit. What does this mean? They use the same information for every tax year. No deductions, no change in any of my statuses. I was not contacted ONCE to go over each year to be able and help me file my taxes properly. They call themselves the experts, but all I recieved was copy and paste service, no attention to my actual tax situation for each year filed, and no one ever knows what is going on with my taxes. Today I called to request a copy of all my taxes filed by them to see what they did, because I was NOT CONTACTED ONCE! I will follow up with an update, but as of now my review stands and if I could I would give them ZERO stars. This company is non ethical, incompetent and not qualified to render the services they offer. The kicker out of all of this is they're going to look into it, and I WILL BE CHARGED MORE MONEY ($295.00) for their investigation into their mistake!

Aug 23,2023I must admit, I was apprehensive about reaching out to anyone for support with my tax problem. However, the company that prepared my taxes recommended that I reach out and see what’s up. The Cost was reasonable, (considering) and they made sure I fully understood my options and consequences for inaction. I made my request, they represented me with the IRS, and now I have the best plan possible moving forward. No one likes having back taxes and my situation warranted professional help. I was pleasantly surprised by their organizational flow, process and procedures every step of the way, and their good will. Thanks again for your support.
