Oct 22,2019My laptop fell into a deep puddle of water and was initially told by a computer store that my HD was impossible to repair/recover. Called Computer Doctor and was told they could retrieve my data. However, I was SUPER reluctant to give my password for en encrypted partition. They recovered all my data (including the encrypted partition) and I succeeded to open the file in a minute with my password. You saved my life and the outcome is priceless. It's worth a positive review on Trustpilot for sure.

First, I like that when I first brought in my phone, they examined it in front of me and asked me to check the phone's settings to get the model number. I had stopped by a nearby "u break it I fix it" shop and they insisted on taking my phone to the back to "check stuff out". Computer Repair Doctor was transparent in setting expectations with whether he felt he could properly repair my phone (replace a battery) and how long it might take to repair. I was given an estimated time to return, but received an email an hour early letting me know my phone was ready. My phone has been working great ever since picking up. For reference, my phone is a Huawei Honor 8.
