Totally frustrating experience. Had to retrieve data and then replace hard drive. Communication was terrible, had to go back 4 times, each time with an excuse of why it wasn’t completely ready and $600 later I still cannot use my computer. I expected the tech to be more on the ball with helping someone who is obviously less informed about computers than he. I had to ask the questions of why certain apps were wiped from my screen..... instead of him anticipating what needed to happen to restore them, all I got was an “oh yeah”. Then he would try to fix.... which he didn’t!

Instead of promising "miracles" they talked sense and explained what had to be done and then did it in the time necessary. Wouldn't want the problem again but glad to have them work on it.

I took several items to them on the chance tho' not computer or electronic devices of any kind, on the chance they just might be able to repair them for me. They did so and were not only helpful but I felt honest in their billing process and in every way helpful. I would definitely give them at least a chance to assess whatever other stuff that might need assessing, and have with no reservation, referred them to the many other apartments dwellers where I live, all of whom are seniors. Thanks for asking!
