Dec 19,2018Since Nov. 2017 I've spent nearly $600.00 letting C.R.D. 'try' and fix my desktop.They failed miserably. In Nov. 2018 I paid over $400.00 having them install windows 10 'twice'.The 2nd. install was done because they said my hard drives were bad. They didn't check them the first time. Turns out they weren't as bad as they said. One was at 78% and the other at 97&. To add insult to injury the Windows 10 operating system they installed was two years out of date and it certainly wasn't explained to me that I would have to update it. Lastly, I mentioned over and over again about keeping the songs and photo's that were on my P.C.. I was told,, "don't worry brother,,It's all gonna be alright". when I finally came to pick it up I mentioned it again and it was like I hadn't said a word about that to them.I was then told it would cost an extra $50.00 to retrieve it,,and even after that,,no photo's. The employee told me 'I didn't mention photo's' I have to believe they would know to look for,or at least ask about things like that. The fine point of this is,,,I'm 'very' disappointed. They will never get my business again,nor will I ever recommend them,,in fact,if they have any honer at all they should refund at least half my money back but I won't hold my breath. William Waldrop.

Dec 02,2018This was my first time going to Computer Repair Doctor. I had a broken lcd screen on my laptop and they repaired it quickly and professionally. The price was fair and the staff was courteous and knowledgeable. Their communication via text and email to let me know my repair was ready is also a very convenient feature. I hope I don’t need repair services again soon, but if I do I will definitely come back to Computer Repair Doctor.

Dec 02,2018Very sweet people! They don’t charge unless your computer gets fixed and it’s all flat. No taxes! I paid 250 dollars to fix my laptop suffering from a soda spill,and a free diagnosis before hand.

Jan 13,2019Screen was blank. I dropped it off because the screen would not come on. There really was not a problem. They told me so and returned the unit. No charge.
