I was made to feel welcome, even though I had 4 children with me, including one with special needs. Sorted out within an hour, salesman Kieron Workington helped with every aspect on the transaction

Fetha was incredible with me and my partner, he wasn’t pushy in his sales, found us the perfect car and did everything he could to get us the finance that suited us. The car itself is a dream to drive and can’t wait to upgrade with these ladies and gents again.

Came back to concept car credit after purchasing a vehicle from them 3 years ago for the first time just sorted out another vehicle and the service we received from Kieran was second to none once again very very helpful would definitely recommend to anyone

First car was faulty and concept car exchanged this no problem. Second car was reported Aa faulty to them after 5 days of having car as well as a bald tire I had to replace. They are now refusing to do anything or have car returned. Reported to motor ombudsman and finance company. Avoid

I purchased a car from these back in June 2024. At first sight the chap dealing with me was helpful and managed to secure finance on the vehicle I purchased which I was surprised as my credit score isn’t that good. On pick up of the vehicle again the chap dealing with me was polite and helpful but when it came to checking off the vehicle this I felt was another matter and this is where if am honest I was left a tad disappointed. On completion of the paper work and as I went to drive it home I noticed the wheel locking nut was missing. This so happened once I questioned it had apparently got lost between the garage and the showroom. Although the place sent payment over to recover getting the locking nuts off and replace it I had to chase this several times. Then few weeks later the engine light appeared on the dash and when I contacted the person whom sold me the car for help let’s just say the word “help” wasn’t his strongest point and basically fobbed me off to the sales team. I felt once they had sold me the car for there commission they was no longer interested. Would I purchase another car off them again……I very much doubt it. Shame really cause it is a nice looking car. In response to your replay todays date 12/08/24 The fact you stated the sales person “went above and beyond” I find your response to be rude and disrespectful if am honest. I stated in my review which I bare in mind your company have asked me to write on MY own personal experience which I have done so, as I say I openly stated I received payment but the fact of the matter remains I still did not appreciate the fact I had to chase it. In reality the car should not have been sold to me till one was purchased but I gave him “the sales person” the benefit of the doubt. Yes I was foolish to take it without one and that’s on me something I have learnt from but can I just point out when I did take it to a qualified mechanic even they stated to me your company should not have allowed the purchase till this was rectified. I would not like to email you further as I have responded to a previous email which you sent in regards to offers which you responded by stated to me when I asked about them “I do not qualify” so I questioned why I did not get offered these offers when I purchased the car then to of which I am still awaiting a response therefore I do not wish to waste my time any longer when quite simply this company can not be bothered to respond to mine. Buying the car from Keiron was easy and straight forward great guy. Had a problem with Dan from aftersales and got no response from the aftersales team. But Keiron sorted it even though not his department TOP GUY would deal with him again. Update the offer made to resolve the problem never arrived.
