Apr 29,2024Iām compelled to share my recent experience with Concept Car Credit, and itās nothing short of appalling. In July 2023, my disabled pensioner father purchased a car through them, trusting that he would receive a reliable vehicle. However, just six months and 12 days after the purchase, the car started experiencing significant issues. When we reported these issues to Concept Car Credit, their response was shockingly inadequate. They offered a mere Ā£100 as compensation, completely disregarding the seriousness of the problems and the financial burden it imposed on us. This is particularly distressing given my fatherās vulnerable status as a disabled pensioner. This level of dismissiveness and lack of accountability is unacceptable. As a result, we have decided to pursue other avenues, including involving watchdog organizations who are interested in exposing stories like ours. If youāre considering doing business with Concept Car Credit, I urge you to think twice. Their treatment of customers, especially vulnerable individuals like disabled pensioners, is unjust, and they have no qualms about taking advantage of them. Avoid them at all costs. Weāre not letting this go unnoticed, and neither should you.

Apr 25,2024I bought a New car from Concept Car Credit that was sold to me by Jamie Porter who I might add is a genuinely nice guy and an asset to the team. There was nothing that was too much for him and he helped us out so much and even waited for us with being stuck in traffic travelling from Wrexham to the dealership. The whole process was very smooth and everything flowed with ease throughout. The Aftersales team have been great as well as I had a slight issue with brakes, but this was sorted straight away.

Apr 04,2024I have been with concept cars since 2019 and they have been amazing. They've helped me so much and been so patient with helping me find the right cars for me, not them me. 2019 I had peugeot 108 had no problems, 2021 i got a peugeot 208 no problems and now ive got my dream car Kia Sportage 4. Kieron has been absolutely brilliant and would recommend to everyone... always there to help. Thank you very much.

Mar 27,2024Joe has been amazing what a top guy!!! Stayed in contact all day to help and discuss finance before making my way down. Arrived at 1430 and viewed some cars and test drove one. Joe went above and beyond for the whole process and got me driving away in the car I really wanted. Was on my way home for about 1630. Very impressed with car and even more impressed with the service concept and Joe provided.
