Jo was brilliant never thought I would be driving away in an Audi. I would recommend this company to anyone I am so pleased with my car.

My experience was very satisfying,no complaints what so ever,i was well taken care of,had everything explained to me very well, I'm rubbish at remembering names,but the nice guy who set everything up for me, did a great job,he's very easy to deal with,i chose a car, which I'm very happy with,off I drove in my new car,i would recommend concept car credit

Recently bought a car from Concept that broke down within 10 days.. Had it fixed under warranty and on the same day as getting it back from the garage it broke down again... different problem this time.. So I rejected the car, informed the finance company and concept.. After so inital difficulties, Concept have exchanged my car for another one... I took delivery today.. If its ok then I would say all in all its a good outcome. They responded quickly and did sort it out. I am looking forward to happy stress free motoring
