Sep 28,2023I had a really good experience with Concept car credit. They had a good car range and the communication was great, especially considering I purchased over a weekend. I didn’t exactly know what I wanted, but with the help of the salesman Kieron, I managed to find the perfect car from a selection he suggested based on my preferences. I’m really happy with the car, and the price was fair too. Thank you!

Sep 24,2023Be careful Witt this company . The great deal you think you’re getting … actually you’re being taken advantage of & ripped off . Example ..,, they will sell you a mondeo for example, it’s already had its best years of its useable life & you buy it with 90k — up to over 100 k on the clock , so the car is only worth trade , around £3-£4500 .. you sign your life away for over £12,000 -£14,000 . Also they are not a loan company at all & just use various lenders whom one by one credit search you .they do this also without your prior knowledge or consent & if you question their actions , they make up some excuse and fob you off …. The cars that sell are usually polished up high mileage cars made to look great .. but you cannot hide the mileage nor the general wear & tear no matter how much polish you use .. a bit like re - spraying and old banger .. looks like new !!! But really it’s had its day . I use a company that go simply on affordability… NOT on old credit entries .. you could be dept free ! And earning over £40 k a year !! But get a straight decline by concept … be aware

Sep 20,2023This company is a scam. This is for everyone who is looking to get a car from them. I was sold a car and the second day I got the car, smoke started coming out of it. Called concept and they said they will fix the issue. Since then I have had issues with the car. My car has been to the garage 3 times in the first month and since then its been in the garage at least once a month for a major issue. Asked concept to replace it and they wouldn't. Involved my finance company who then spoke with concept and then concept agreed to carry out an inspection from a company called Scotia who are also a known scam company. Now Concept have found a way not to take the car back. Before Scotia carried out the checks my finance company asked me to take the car to a german specialist which I did and they found numerous faults I am taking this matter to the court. Let me know if you had such an experience as companies like these need to close down otherwise they will carry on scamming people. Concept thinks that I will stop after the report provided by scotia but I won't :) I would also like to name and shame Sam at concept who does not know how to deal with customers. She is one hell of a con artist

Sep 18,2023Sales team was amazing, couldn't do enough for us when we was purchasing the vehicle. Unfortunately less then 6 months into having the vehicle engine warning lights and other warning lights came on Had a diagnostics done on the vehicle and over £2.000 of work now needs to be done on the vehicle. Contacting the aftersales team and now find them to be very unhelpful and basically told me there's nothing they can do.

Sep 17,2023Amazing, we filled out a form and with in a hour we had a phone call and spoke to joe to help us with getting a car and before we knew it we was at the showroom, joe was amazing help us be a ease as car shopping is stressful, joe made it stress free and even had a few laughs x we drove away in our brand new family car. Would highly recommend.
