Feb 16,2024Signed for an agreed contract on the 3rd January 2024 with Joe. The contract involved a part exchange for my car and had to pay an extra £1900. I was told the car will be ready on Saturday 6th January 2024 which was written and sent via email. I was expecting to have the car on the day. Due to this, I asked my cousin to take a day off work on the Saturday. He did and unfortunately we was told later on the day the car wasn't ready when we went there. We were then told by Kieran the car is guaranteed to be ready either Monday 8th January 2024 or the Tuesday. Both days nothing happened. I have been asking to see a picture of the car and was told by Joe he will send it all through the week I never received anything. Joe then rang me and assured me the car will be ready for Wednesday or latest by Friday 12th January 2024. I was told the car needed MOT and also number plate changing from private to the original plate which I wasn't told from the moment before the contact was signed. I have been travelling up and down chasing this car as concept car credit doesn't seem to help much or communicate since the paper work has been signed. I have done what I can to cancel the contract because I am being charged for the finance car which I am using now (the one I agreed to part exchange). Money was being taken out of my account on the 15th January 2024 and then the new car which has been signed for is also to be charged next. I feel I have been convinced to signed for an agreement which was filled with lies from the start. When I go there I feel I get told anything and when I leave nothing seem to happen. On Friday 12th January 2024 | went to pick car up as Joe assured me, went and was told Joe was not even in work on the day. Felt betrayed, I was supposed to pick my son up from school I couldn't make it. Had to ask my son's mum to leave her work and pick my son up. I have been very disappointed and lead on with lies. I have been asking several times to see the car or even to send a clear pictures of the car. Kieran told me he would send me them on the day. I waited all afternoon till now and still haven't heard from him or received anything. Again another lie. Not sure what exactly is going on I feel there is something wrong with the car I am not being told about. Spoke to the finance company and asked them to cancel my finance agreement for the new car because I haven't seen it or test drive it but yet my contract is running which has been going on for a week now. I am going to seek for legal advice as I don't think I have been fairly treated well.

Feb 16,2024Bought a car from Joe, he was amazing.. couldn't do enough for us was super patient as I was very hard work and fussy , but he got us a amazing qashqai love her bits , you just melt to his personality absolutely brilliant and he even paid for our drinks out the machine from his own pocket class from start to finish

Jan 20,2024If I could give more than 5 stars I would. I would like to say a massive thanks to concept car credit for going above and beyond to sort things out for me. Joe was my advisor and bent over backwards to make things happen, which was not an easy job for him. Not having the best credit and declined from all angles, some how managed to finance me a decent car for small price each month, helping me out when no one else could. If your trying for finance, and can’t.. I strongly recommend giving these guys a chance as have saved me from a bad situation. Can’t wait to collect my car this week. Thanks so much.

Jan 20,2024Happy with service, very helpful Needed a car ASAP for work, they were able to sort this fairly quickly for me, but had a few issues with securing delivery date, although i do think it was because of the distance and that they were taking my old car. Took a few days but overall a good service.

Feb 19,2024I’m still in absolute shock that I was accepted for finance on a gorgeous family car. For years I’ve tried and I’ve been declined over and over due to poor credit but Joe at concept credit sorted this for me no problems, I am so grateful and cannot thank him enough! Such a smooth, easy process, I applied online, got a call within ten minutes, Joe confirmed I’d been accepted and the company paid for a taxi from Halifax to Manchester for me as I didn’t have a car! Within 2-3 hours I drove away in my Peugeot 3008, I’m honestly over the moon and still can’t believe this company was able to help me. When I say ive tried to get finance for years, I mean it and didn’t think for a second I’d be able to! I was just trying my luck due to my previous car being a write off in the garage! Cannot recommend this company enough! Thank you thank you thank you! X
