Apr 19,2023Sold me a car that had had problems from the day I got it the turbo was already gone I was told it was just because it had been sat for a while the the dpf needed replacing and now the gearbox has broken I’ve owned the car 3 months and it’s worth nothing but scrap it’s parked in my garden and I’ve had to buy another car because concept just want money and then do not help at all I put £3000 deposit and already spent £2000 in repairs

Apr 16,2023Worse company for aftersales I have ever deal with, 2 days after they sold me my car I had lots of issues, they took headlight off scratched the vehicle doing it, they won’t fix them and headlight still not working and 8 other warning lights on the car still not resolved
