May 17,2023I would not buy a wheelbarrow off this company the bmw I had off them broke in 2 days had to go to bmw to get fixed concept cars would not pay because it went to bmw wanted it to go to a back street garage to get fixed because it was CHEAP cost me £500 pounds and waited months for them to sort out my private reg which cost £80 pounds for them to do sent it to wrong address so I got to sort it out now and fan belt snapped on motorway £200 pounds to put right all the staff are rude lovely to you when buying car but after forget about it I like to give them no stars please I will never never buy a car from concept as long as I got a hole in my bum

May 11,2023Excellent service from start to finish. Struggled to get finance with other companies who say they ‘specialise in bad credit’ but Concept managed to get me sorted! Easy and smooth process. Slight issue with getting the free 5 day insurance so had to sort insurance out myself but apart from that everything else was great! Would definitely recommend to friends/family
