Jul 15,2024Had doors fitted 15 months ago letter box surround snapped off which is plastic even though flap metal they blame postman I blame flimsy surround they want £55 for new letterbox plus £65 call out £120 every 15 months not going to happen customer service rubbish after reading reply they already have been contacted and have photos that's how I know their answer and price

But having the doors less than two weeks we have already encountered problems with the handle, virtually heard nothing back from Coral apart from a email acknowledging me raising an issue, pretty disappointing

Jul 10,2024The Sales Team were helpful, the price was competitive. The Surveyor did a thorough job, and the installation was carried out quickly. The two lads who carried out the work were polite and pleasant, and hardworking. There was initially a problem with whether or not to have scaffolding - the surveyor recommended it and initially we were told it would arrive on Friday, when it had not arrived we contacted Coral and found they had decided it might not be required. Although that was not a problem it is something that could have been handled better. We found a problem with one of the trickle vents, but this was fixed quickly with just one short phone call.

Jul 05,2024I approached a couple of other local double glazing companies about replacing two bay windows. They had been less than enthusiastic about a tight deadline for fitting both. My last port of call was Coral. From the first contact with David, the Sales Representative, to the final fitting, Coral pulled out all of the stops in order to get the windows fitted within the deadline. They also kept me fully informed and aware of everything, which also included a courtesy call from the scaffolding company. The windows are a vast improvement on the old ones they replaced, both visually and thermally. Thankyou to all concerned, including the father and son team of fitters, for a job well done and well within our budget.
